We had a really perfect stay! The structure is cared for in every detail, cozy and impeccably clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. Breakfast was one of the best ever: plentiful, varied, and with fresh and quality products. It's a pleasure to start the day like this! A special thank you goes to Filippo, for his kindness, availability and attention to guests. Always present but never intrusive, it made us feel welcomed and pampered from the very beginning. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The house with terrace is idyllically located on a hill with a view. The room with bathroom was clean and tidy. The B&B has everything you need.

Great rooms, exactly as described and in a perfect location. Minor maintenance needed in the bathroom, but otherwise everything is functional. We had a great time. Check-in in person and very friendly

Without any hesitation, we highly recommend Cipriano's place! Cipriano himself is a gem! He is kind, thoughtful, patient and very helpful. Communication was excellent with him! We could not have asked for a more welcoming host. We felt like we were part of his family and were touched by his consideration for us. Cipriano's home is lovely inside and out. Our room, "Calliope", was clean, roomy and had a wonderful ensuite bathroom complete with a claw-foot tub! The bed was comfortable and since the location is in more of a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful, making for a good night's sleep and lovely place to relax. The location was easy to find and makes a great base for day trips to San Leo, Rimini, Ravena and many other places. Cipriano provided a very good breakfast complete with homemade cakes and jams, fresh fruit and of course great coffee! We really enjoyed our stay with Cipriano and his lovely wife....they are both a treasure! We felt blessed to stay with them! We would definitely like to return one day!

I spent a night in this place in the historic center of Urbino and I really enjoyed it. The location is great, in the heart of the ZTL area, perfect for visiting the city by foot. The accommodation is clean, well-maintained and comfortable, ideal for a short but pleasant stay. A big plus is the possibility of free parking not too far away, which is not a given in a historic city. The host was kind, helpful and clear in communications. Very positive experience, I would recommend it!

We looooved Maria’s place and her hospitality and friendliness. She made us the best breakfast every morning! We enjoyed this place so much! It was our favorite Airbnb! The place is so nice, comfortable and quite. Supermarket nearby, 10 minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. We would come again and recommend this place 💯%

Very tasteful house and appartment. Very kind host. Suggestion is to provide more local tips for sightseeing and eating. Carlina was great. Also you could add two comfi chairs inside the appt. so guests can sit and read.

Tiziano's b&b is a lovely place. My husband and I had a really relaxing two days. Impeccable cleanliness, everything is well-kept, comfortable bed, really nice pool, which, thanks to the beautiful weather, we took advantage of throughout the stay. Fantastic breakfast, with the option to choose between sweet and savory, not the usual packaged things, but everything fresh and genuine. Thanks also to his wife Ornella and daughter Chiara, a family that deserves success for the welcoming place they have been able to create and for the courtesy with which they know how to welcome their guests.

Excellent hosting by Gabriella and her husband. Available and she is full of recommendations; I highly recommend staying with Gabriella, an extremely pleasant and very caring person. The house and its beautifully green terrace are extremely pleasant and quiet.

Alessandra is a very kind host. The B&B is very cute and feels like of you’re at home. We had a wonderful time!

A few meters' walk from the conference center. Great if you go to Rimini for a conference.

The arrival and getting to know each other were very warm. There were very delicious cakes and absolutely delicious fruits, as if freshly picked. The place was great and very clean. It's a correspondingly large apartment that met all our wishes. The highlight was of course the pool. What could be better than swimming a lap in the early morning, at lunchtime or late in the evening. Karl and his wife were very kind and accommodating. This is how my family and I imagine a vacation. Karl's home is also a great starting point for cultural activities, to Ravenna, Rimini or San Mareno. Thanks Karl!

Nido d’Ape is the perfect base for exploring Emilia Romagna. Not only is it conveniently located near must-see destinations like Bologna, Ravenna, and even San Marino, but it’s also a stunning place to stay. The room and bathroom were spotless, and Giovanna and Roberto ensured our visit was unforgettable. They shared great tips on what to explore and served an amazing breakfast each morning with their homegrown produce, freshly baked bread, pastries, and homemade jams. One rainy evening, they even invited us for dinner, and we had the best time. They’re exceptional hosts, and we can't wait to return.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

Stay with Massimiliano and Carmen was excellent. 5 starts is not enough for this experience, if I can I will give them 6 out of 5 stars. Both hosts are friendly and kind. Great and tasty breakfast in calm garden. Massimiliano also gave a tip for local restaurant. Accomodation was spacious and really clean. They also provide us with small snacks and water. I definitely recommend this place and hope to return there again.

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Elena and Davide are exceptionally friendly hosts and have created a little paradise in this beautiful environment. The room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic! There's even a kitchen for the guests. The rich breakfast on the terrace was the ideal start to the day - we took a trip to Urbino and spent several hours almost alone in the Palazzo Ducale. We also particularly liked the pasta course with Elena, the tour of Davide's studio and the many fireflies in the evening! We will be happy to come back! And we would love to give more stars!

A lovely place with tranquility and activity. Right at the beach. Beautiful terrace with lots of flowers. And a very hospitable Monica who helped us with everything. Highly recommend if you are in Rimini!!

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!
