We had a remarkable stay at Octavie & Godard’s place. They were very welcoming, approachable and nice to talk to. The house is located in a stunning, quite area. We were afraid the room would be too hot due to lack of airco, but this was not the case. We would love to come back!

The villa was magnificent! It was so atmospheric and charming, breakfast from Carla were so good, it was a really pleasant stay. The room was also really comfortable, with history and a lot of cute details. And also this location .. can’t describe in words how beautiful it was

Fabiana is a lovely host, attentive, very kind, nice touches… In short, a very nice person! We were with our two-month-old son, and she did everything to make us feel good. The accommodation is ideally located, with the beautiful square right next door, the beach a 5-minute walk away. Plus, we have a residence card for parking, a real pleasure! We recommend the Grotta Azzura to discover this beautiful region in peace!

We had a great stay at Sylvia’s place. Location is excellent, walkable to everywhere and peaceful despite being close to a lively area. It was super clean, simply furnished but very comfortable and we loved having access to the terrace. Sylvia is a fabulous host- she was very friendly and helpful, especially spending time helping us work out the best way to travel to Pisa airport on the day of a national strike! It was nice to also have basics for breakfast - tea coffee milk juice toasts and jam, etc. I’d thoroughly recommend Sylvia’s place and would stay here again.

What a wonderful reception. Maria and Gabriel are extra nice people and even Leila a sweet and affectionate dog came to meet us when we arrived. The panorama is breathtaking and so peaceful. The accommodation is very neat and everything you need. A delicious, freshly made breakfast every morning. A 10 in all areas and we will definitely go back.

This place was PERFECT! Right in the heart of Bologna. Everything was walkable and there are so many things nearby. Even a great coffee shop right below the apartment. Fiorella’s recommendations were amazing! The restaurants she recommended could not have been better! We enjoyed her place so much and was great to have a place to relax. Would highly recommmend staying here. Also, checking in and out was super flexible. Fiorella was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had!

Lorenzo’s place is only a few minutes walk from the nearest tram station, Leopoldo, which was only 5 stops always from the S.M.N train station. It was easy to get around and has nice restaurants nearby too. Lorenzo’s place was clean, nice and had everything we needed. He was also very responsive and friendly, he checks on us time to time to make sure everything is okay. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to anyone who is visiting Florence.

Ilaria has been a great responsive host that catered to any and all needs. Would definitely recommend this house/host if you’d like to be in a very central airbnb to all musuems/historic places in firenze

It was so beautiful and I had a lovely time there. The breakfast was wonderful and thoughtfully put together and the room was super clean and beautifully furnished !

My girlfriend and I had such a lovely stay here. The views were absolutely stunning, peaceful and scenic, perfect for a quiet week away. The house itself was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Vanda and Roberto were amazing — so friendly and welcoming without being overbearing. They really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was genuinely fantastic — fresh, thoughtful, and delicious. It was really easy to get to, and the location made a great base for exploring the area. We left feeling relaxed and grateful — would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay.

Guilia is a very kind and helpful host. The communication is quick and easy. The rooms are immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. You can do a lot directly from the apartment (food, drink, culture) and in about 12 minutes on foot you are in the old town of Bologna. When the windows are closed, it is quiet for sleeping. When the window is open, earplugs are recommended.

There is a lot to say about Andrea's place but I will start by talking about the host, Andrea. He is an amazing host, an artist, warm and friendly with a lot to share as someone who has travelled around the world. We loved chatting with him and his assistant, having dinner and drink together, joking and laughing while we felt we always had the option of finding a quiet and private place to enjoy the view, drink some tea and read. The house is an amazing place. Creatively and beautifully designed with unbelievably beautiful views of Tuscany's landscape. We really fell in love with Andrea's place and wished we could stay at least a week; maybe next time.

Our stay at Ilaria's apartment was really nice – there was everything you need, from a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a nice breakfast in the morning. We had a good time and we were super thankful for the easy and friendly communication and for Ilaris' help and support with getting a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.

I loved my stay at Luidmila's and her family's place and felt really at home. Luidmila and her family are totally warm, open and helpful and the place is simply fantastic. I loved every little detail of this house and also the breakfast with the piano music in the background was just beautiful to wake up to. I also took a walk to the castle ruins, which are nearby, and enjoyed the countryside. I was very well taken care of, I was helped and also the exchange with Google Translate was really exciting. Thank you!!

We stayed two nights at Paola's B&B. Extremely pleasant experience, we found a welcoming, simple and familiar environment. Paola never made us miss anything and was always kind and helpful to satisfy our every need. Highly recommended

Adam is a super host, cant describe it with words. We stayed with our 11 months twins. He tryed to re-design the room for twins safety, because they are crawling and its not easy to travel with twins. But its easy when you stay at Adam’s place. He is super kind, polite, helpfull. About the airbnb, we stayed in the biggest room, it was well furnished, stylish, chic, cosy. Loved the atmosphere. The kitchen was 24-hour open. This was very important for us. Adam is staying in the same location so this is so important, if you need anything, you know he is there.

The stay at Brunella and Guido's was much more than just a stay, it was a wonderful experience that my husband and I hope to be able to repeat soon. We can only thank you for the wonderful welcome and all the kindness, but above all I hope that more hosts can follow your example. We could enjoy some wonderful days in this villa. Gabriele and Pamela are amazing hosts and very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this place.

Excellent place, spotless, spacious. Wide common areas accessible, including a pleasant rooftop terrace with views towards the harbor. More than a kilometer on foot from the train station but the journey is easy and the tranquility of the place is well worth it.

Lorenzo and Claudia's service was excellent, 11 out of 10. The place is a paradise on earth and the mansion (not house) exceeded all our expectations. The directions for check-in and stay, always clear and precise. The robot lawnmower didn't give us any problems and the girls were able to enjoy the pool on a hot day. Easy access from Pisa, Lucca, or Florence. We'll definitely come back and use it as a reference point.

Fantastic stay. What a lovely space outside and inside. We had a beautiful day in Cervia on the beach and also a day at the pool. What tranquility! Enjoyed it. Within 20 minutes, you are in Ravenna where there are many restaurants and bars/clubs along the coastline. There we ate deliciously. Everything was perfect. Good bed and shower in spacious rooms. Breakfast served was fantastic. Very extensive and delicious! Giovanna is very helpful and friendly. Responded quickly to questions. Highly recommended if you like peace and quiet.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Love the location. I found the mornings to be very loud but it was overall a nice stay.
