Stefano is very nice and helps you with everything. The House and the landscape were amazing and we had a great stay.

This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

The house is very spacious, with a particular structure. The owners are very available. A few minutes walk and you're on the beach. Lido San Giuliano is quiet and suitable for families with children. Just beyond the beach and the center of Rimini. Very close to the supermarket and fruit and vegetable house, just over pizzerias and restaurants. Welcome to our beautiful Italy.

Beautiful spacious accommodation with everything you need. Enjoy swimming, chilling in the Jacuzzi and BBQing. All the peace and space to completely unwind. Marissa is a friendly host who makes sure you don't miss anything and that you can find everything you need.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Stefano and Cristina are just amazing. They are very friendly and outgoing, they responded to every need we had. We even asked if there is a place to buy homemade grappa, and they have offered us one of their bottles, truly amazing people. The place was more beautiful than the pictures. It was astonishing and breathtaking. Beautiful surroundings, very quiet and secluded. There is a coal barbecue, which brings the best taste in meat upfront. All and all, the one of the best getaways ever, definitely a place you want to stay if you are visiting this area. Thank you so much yet again Stefano & Cristina for everything you have done for us during our stay.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, all the amenities are impeccable, they make you feel very well received and at home. The service from Barbara, the owner, was excellent, attentive to everything that was required and with wonderful treatment, seeking to assist in the kindest and most special way possible.

If your looking for a Villa in peaceful Surroundings with an amazing view and luxury furnishings this is the place for you! The Villa had an amazing view of San Marino which was only 10-15mins drive away. It’s elevated position meant unspoilt view of the Italian countryside right up to the sea. It also meant the climate was not too hot as there was a gentle breeze. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and wildlife. The kitchen was well equipped. I particularly enjoyed the spa downstairs with sauna and hot tub. Cristian and Jackamo were gracious guests bringing us pastries for breakfast every couple of days. There were very attentive during our stay and even were kind enough to book us an umbrella and sunbeds in Rimini beach ( 40mins drive). The lido was perfect for our children aged 4 and 7. If I am being picky I would have like a bit more communication at the time of our booking but this was certainly not an issue when we were in Italy. We would happily stay again!

Perfect family stay, beautiful home with plenty of space for us all. Comfortable beds, large kitchen and places to be together as a whole family. Lots of bathrooms, clean large luxurious towels The pool was lovely. WiFi could be intermittent so not always god enough for streaming but we found other things to do. Air conditioning was not always effective however there were plenty of fans in the property as an alternative. Would absolutely recommend this home and hosts. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

It is a super spacious villa. We had access just to the ground floor (basement and the first floor were locked) but it was enough to accommodate 5 of us quite comfortably. The villa is surrounded by a large fenced garden, has 3 parking spots (more cars can be parked if needed). It took about 10 minutes to drive to beaches. Our car battery died and we were helped by jump starting the car and then by calling the mechanics (note that it was mid August - a lot of mechanics were on vacations). In summary: super spacious and comfortable villa, friendly and helpful people.

Beautiful house, close to both downtown and the sea

Unfortunately due to the tragic floods that hit the Forli region in Italy we were unable to visit and stay in the Villa. What I would like to say is how well Emma Villas reservations team dealt with the unprecedented issues that they were faced with. They were extremely professional in there dealing of the difficult situation and kept us informed accurately of exactly what was going on. We were offered alternative accommodation but unfortunately we couldn’t make it work for us so they swiftly reimbursed the cost of the Villa back into our bank account. A big thank you to Emma Villas and hopefully we can come back next year and stay in the Villa. Many thanks. Alan
