Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bella Vista

Beautiful home on Beaver Lake. Host was very responsive and went the extra mile to make sure all amenities were ready and working upon our arrival. He even allowed us to use his golf cart and kayaks to explore the lake. Thank you!!

My husband and I stayed for a couple nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We had a good time getting away from the busy world and this was a great place to do that. It is very peaceful here. We enjoyed playing darts and pool!

The pictures will never truly capture the breath taking views from this home. The house was everything we hoped for and more. We had 12 with 10 adults and we were comfortable. The home was very close to the dam beach, boat ramps and an easy trip to Eureka Springs for some shopping and lunch. Everyone we spoke with was helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Beaver Lake.

A delightful spot, well appointed and sparkly clean with a welcome Bentonville charm. Morning coffee on the large porch, a stroll or a bike ride to town as easy access to trails and restaurants. We closed the day with a relaxing evening in the hot tub enjoying the beautiful flowers. Such a cared for home, exactly as advertised and we look forward to a return visit!

Great space for my family. We stayed two months and had no problems whatsoever. Susan communicated really well, and everything was clear regarding check in and check out. We loved walking to Wright’s Barbecue and Media Luna for eats or drinks. Also, Confident Coffee had a nice space for working and wonderful baked goods. There is a cool Aquarium store within walking distance. Felt safe. Had no problems. It was a nice, quiet, clean complex.

Amazing place! Chris and Amy were very friendly and all the information and instructions were very clear. The house served our purposes perfectly and we enjoyed hanging out, going kayaking and swimming, and relaxing by the fire pit. I recommend this property wholeheartedly to anyone considering it!

This is our 4th time staying here. Melissa is an amazing host! We always stay at her house because we can always expect a very clean and comfortable stay. Honestly, she always goes above and beyond! At this point, when we stay there, it feels like our vacation home. I could never run out of good things to say!

This is our second time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Great size for our family of 4 and two dogs. Love the garage space for the bikes and our gear! Note to future renters as every rental is different- you will find an empty pantry and fridge at the house, plenty of spices and some oil, but no misc condiments or similar.

Location, location, location! Angie's place is perfectly located and minutes from the Bentonville Square, Crystal Bridges and other local favorites. The home was very clean and comfortable, and although we ultimately weren't able to bring our dog, she would have had a blast in the large, enclosed backyard. Angie was a great host, and we would definitely stay here again!

This home is not only adorably decorated, but so well maintained. It was comfortable and I felt like I was just staying in someone’s home, not necessarily a rental. There were even k-cups, coffee, laundry detergent and more every day items provided for us. Great experience overall!

Perfect place for two families to get together. The dock access to be able to swim was priceless. The home was Clean and had all the amenities to make a weekend at the lake enjoyable. Dick was so kind to offer recommendations and any help that is needed.

Clean, quiet, and fantastic location! Perfect spot for one or two people looking for walkability to coffee, restaurants, shops, etc. We parked our car and did not use it the rest of our stay. Tracy and Eric were helpful, responsive, and flexible with a last minute change in plans. Much appreciated! Hope to stay here again soon.

The Artisan Inn is very comfortable and well appointed. Connie left fresh homemade chocolate chip cookies… delicious! We stayed for a wedding and didn’t rent a car but we were able to walk to all the events and to the museum. A walking/bike path is essentially right across the street.

Great stay!! This was our second time staying here. We love the location and the access to the lake. The bedrooms downstairs are so cozy, which made for a great nights sleep. We usually struggle to sleep on vacation but not here. There was construction going on in the neighborhood and on various parts of the lake but it wasn’t bad. The way the house is positioned it’s very private. Hosts were great! Even brought over an iron which we appreciated!

This house was exactly as shown in the listing—beyond beautiful and peaceful! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here for two months when we needed it. Thank you for opening your home to us!

There were only two things that I would be sure to note- one is that the bedroom door separating the two rooms was hard to shut and when the air kicked on it was a bit loud. The other thing is that the beds were not super comfortable but there were nice linens, blankets and pillows. All the other positives of the space far outweigh these two things but I felt they were worth noting.

Our family really enjoyed staying here. The space is just lovely with special touches throughout. The location was just wonderful! If you looking to stay near the Bentonville square this is the house for you. We walked everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. There were a few issues accessing the unit as we were given two different garage codes. The hosts were responsive though. We could also never figure out how to use the front door keypad even after corresponding several times with the host and trying a number of different codes. Overall a great home and a wonderful location!

We have stayed in Bentonville over a dozen times, and this location was by far the best. Its proximity to the square for eating and enjoying the town was so easy! We also loved that it was even closer to the Ledger. For biking groups, full access to the garage was so helpful, and then just minutes to the top of slaughter pen. Be aware that the house is very close to the street and the bedrooms are at the front of the house. if you were a light sleeper, be sure to use the sound machine on your phone.
