Welcome to our Art House! This 1955 home has been stripped down to the studs to make our redesign come to life and we are excited to share it with you. Set on an acre in downtown Fayetteville, our house offers you an unbeatable location that is both downtown and feels secluded, two master bedrooms, and a back porch that overlooks the sunset. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals.
