House vacation rentals in Bella Vista

We loved our stay! My daughter was a huge fan of the pool. It is a quiet neighborhood close to many activities. We needed a battery for the remote for a ceiling fan and Aimee dropped one off that day, which we appreciated.

Amazing location for Mountain Biking, highly recommend if you are looking to bike from where you are staying. The pool is a huge plus for hot days, and great to lounge around. The beds and pillows were wonderfully comfy, we all slept great! Kitchen and household supplies could be better stocked, especially for those who like to cook (more bowls/cutting knives/pizza cutter) and we ran out of toilet paper and dishwasher pods after 3 days. The upstairs also stays pretty warm even with the AC, but we are from Wisconsin so maybe we aren't used to that lol. Kitchen chairs could also be updated as they are pretty worn down and uncomfortable if you plan on playing games. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

Beautiful home close to town yet felt secluded in the country. (other than times when events were going on next door, which were not a problem at all.) Great pool area with lots of pool toys, fire pit, seating, hot tub and shade. Comfortable beds and a nice big kitchen, as well as two living rooms too. Pool is down a hill and some stairs, so might be hard for mobility impaired. Lots of wildlife on property, we saw deer, beaver, lizards and a large variety of birds. Host was very responsive. Great home, nice pool, perfect location.

The home is beautiful, the wooded seclusion felt like we were in our own home, this was my first trip ever to Rogers Arkansas and i loved everything about it and i would highly recommend the stay to anyone!

the property is beautiful inside and out almost all the cooking utensils you could need and very spacious right on the back 40 trail. would be a great stay for mtb biking enthusiasts

We loved Andrew's place! It is conveniently located to all amenities you would need, yet located in a very peaceful setting. We had the best sleep while staying here, the beds are so comfy and the neighborhood is very quiet, exactly what we were looking for! Andrew's place has been updated very nicely and is well maintained. We look forward to staying with Andrew again if available when we are in the area

PERFECT! My daughter and I stayed for a golf tournament and the home is wonderful! So cozy, cute and clean. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Wonderful location, lots of stuff to do and close enough to stores, gas station and golf courses! ❤️

I come up to the area a couple times a year, and this is hands down one of my all time favorite places to stay.

I can honestly say the Wheelhouse in Bella Vista, Arkansas was the best Airbnb experience I have had. Julie was an amazing host. She not only made sure the house was extremely well stocked and equipped, but she proactively checked on me after a significant storm passed through the area one evening. She made sure we had guest passes to the local country club facilities and restaurants. The house is a complete home for one night or several weeks. It features high quality finished, equipment and soft goods. The living rooms features a huge television, a turntable and a nice Bluetooth amplifier connect to speaker that made it so easy to listen to your own playlists. The laundry room, which we used often with a couple of young boys, features really nice equipment. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and tea, and Julie was kind enough to leave us a nice basket of treats upon arrival. Do no hesitate to stay at the Wheelhouse should you find yourself in the NWA area.

Ron was very professional, polite and responsive. His place was a 10/10 in every aspect. I have never felt 100% comfortable when arriving at a "rented" space anywhere. I felt right at home here. Absolutely recommend Ron and his place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The porch was very relaxing. He had thought of all the little things you would need while staying there. It was super clean and bed was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!!

We love staying here! So much so that this was our second time and we hope to return again soon! The home is peaceful, beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, with great amenities. The hosts are quick to respond and add thoughtful touches to help you feel welcome and to make your stay extra special.

This was one of the most beautiful and unique places I’ve ever stayed. The house was truly perfect, private, and beautiful. It had an amazing view of the fields and valleys and we loved seeing the cows. Ron was so responsive and helpful. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay forever!

The house was clean and was as described. It included all the necessary household essentials and the beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect as it was quiet and peaceful, but not too far from city life.

We met my son here for a weekend “restart and refresh.” It was perfect for that! Peaceful, comfortable, and the surroundings were beautiful. I had a question for Steve when we got there and he answered right away. We’d definitely stay here again!

Even with the rain over the weekend, it was a very peaceful, relaxing stay and we would come again!

Kim’s place has all the amenities you’ll need to explore the fabulous Back 40, whether by foot or mountain bike. Conveniently located just off the trail, the home is well furnished and even includes a bonus storage space for your bikes or other gear. The fenced yard is a bonus for those with furry friends. Can’t wait to visit again!

The view of the lake was absolutely beautiful and made for a very peaceful setting. The screened-in porch was a great place to relax. The furniture was comfortable, and the place was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!

Nikki was quick to respond to my inquiries regarding the home. We needed wheelchair accessibility and had questions regarding the property that she responded to quickly. She was great to check in during our stay to ensure that we didn’t have additional questions and made sure we were alerted when bad weather was in the area. Very kind and friendly host. We love the lake view and the home is great! We would definitely stay here again.

This house was AMAZING. The nicest Air B and B we’ve used. Everything you need! Cozy bedding. The back porch was fantastic. The bike area had everything we needed when a bike needed a fix. Would absolutely stay here again and again!!! Easy walk to the lake, but Off is needed for ticks! Thank you so much for the amazing home!
