Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Banana River

Our stay at the Coral Retreat was perfect. We were at the house for six days with our two teenage boys and of all the hotels and resorts we’ve stayed at this place takes the cake. We had countless manatee swimming right by and up to the property and we also saw dolphins a few times. The house is in a very serene neighborhood and if you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle of a hotel or other touristy areas that feels like an actual home for your family - you will find it here. The host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. It was apparent that lots of thought went into decorating and furnishing the house so you can enjoy your stay. The beach was within a short walk as well as many restaurants and shops. There was also a nice grocery store very close that has everything you need. My wife and I loved our stay here and I’m hoping that we can make this our regular go-to place for a Florida getaway.

We are rested and relaxed, thanks to our short stay at this house. We only left the house to visit the grocery store, which is a short and beautiful drive across the bridge. We didn’t even feel terrible about not having a beach day. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home. It was exactly as described. We loved all of the games and activities at the house. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals. The pool area was wonderful with plenty of seating areas. There are a number of great restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

We had an amazing time staying at The Cocoa Palm! The house has everything you need, it felt both new and exciting and comfy and right at home. Amy was flexible, communicative, and provided easy instructions and recommendations. Our kids loved the bedrooms, the game room, and the sun room. The backyard is full of fun and relaxing activities. The beach is easily walkable and it was so nice to have everything provided for a fun beach day, including towels, wagons, umbrellas, and beach toys. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to stay here again!

This was a perfect place for our large family! The layout was great with the primary bedroom being away from the main part of the house. Our children are older so we liked that all the rooms had access to the courtyard and fenced in pool. I loved sitting outside drinking my morning coffee. The grinder coffee pot was AMAZING!! There was plenty of parking as we had family who live in Melbourne come visit. Even with all our family the house never felt crowded because there are so many areas to enjoy. The kids loved the air hockey, pool, video games as well as the outdoor areas. All in all, it was a great stay!

Me and my family enjoyed this location, it was perfect, away from everything, pictures are exactly as it looks! We will definitely stay here again in the near future!

just what we needed for 2 days before our cruise. quiet, easy access & great host! Susan knew where good restaurants were & everything was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable too. Will definitely stay there again before our next cruise

This rental was exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was impeccably clean, well stocked and literally within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communication was on point. We can’t wait to return for a more extended visit! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What to say ;-) - WOW WOW WOW. 5Star Plus and best Airbnb during our Florida trip. Reaching the property, first is what you see - the bay. You will calm down and we had the opportunity to watch Dophins directly from the property and this daily. We received a couple of good restaurant recommendations from Marina and we double checked them on Google. BUT, why to go to a restaurant having this bay view in the morning and a great place to start your day with a coffee directly at the waterfront. So we decided NOT to go out for breakfast - we had every morning breakfast and coffee on the prooperty, on the water line incl. watching dolphins and pelicans. All pictures presented by Kathy/Marina/Taj are real and you will find a warm Airbnb atmosphere with many details. You have put a lot of thought into the equipment. Everything is there for a fabulous stay. Sufficient towels, parasol and chairs for the beach, ... The beach. A maximum of 5 minutes' walk away and there are 2 access points

Absolutely outstanding hosts—friendly and so very kind & generous, offering help with absolutely anything we needed! It was a pleasure to stay at their place. They made us feel right at home. A very short drive or 10 minute walk to the beach, and they even lent us their chairs & umbrella. We had some beautiful sunset & sunrise walks on the beach. The small studio apartment is very cozy, but has everything you need, and is sparkling clean & beautifully decorated. The backyard is like a mini oasis—so full of beautiful plants. Very quiet & private. It was a delight to stay at their place! And their restaurant recommendations were perfect!

I never write reviews. This place is amazing. We had the best time! Great pool & Coco beach is just a short uber ride away! We ate cruisers & it was perfect location to stay & get on the ship! We will definitely stay again for next vaca in the area!

We had a lovely stay on our way driving up the coast and exploring the area and the Space Coast. The unit was surrounded by beautiful landscaping and was very serene. We walked to some great entertainment spots and to the beach. I highly recommend this place but beware that it is small, but perfect in all other ways!

We had a wonderful stay, wouldn’t ask for one single change. The hosts and manager were communicative, clear, and helpful. The manual at the condo was extremely thorough, highly appreciated as it made the stay so much smoother. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, not to mention the gorgeous view and quick access to the beach. My only issue is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Emma's condo was everything and more than we expected. the location is so convenient to grocery store, several restaurants. We love how the condo parking space for our condo was right by the elevator. our condo had the most beautiful view of Ocean, back and pool. We spent alot of time on the balcony with our coffee and cocktails. We could see cruise ships sailing out on the ocean,Emma's. The condo was so comfortable and clean. My husband and I love Cocoa Beach and especially loved the location of this unit. Very convenient to walk to bars and restaurants to enjoy live entertainment.

We had a horrific dog friendly experience stay several months ago elsewhere, so was a bit worried! But the reviews and pictures of Michelles place looked good, but hard to recover from a bad rental experience. I would have to say her rental was so exceptional that I feel good again about renting from her again or others that rent to people with dogs. Just because I have dog or dogs doesn't mean I live in filth, and I could tell Michelle gets that! Her place was plenty big for the two of us with our dog and centrally located. I appreciated that she seemed to think of everything someone would need. The bed was comfortable as my back can give me issues at times. All in all, I would highly recommend this home away from home!
