Vacation rentals with a sauna in Banana River

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

We decided to book a weekend getaway at the last minute for the same day checking. I was impressed at how quick they responded and got it all set up for us so we could get on the road with the assurance we had a nice place to stay at. The accommodations were exceptional and was exactly as described. Would definitely revisit if it is available on our next trip to the area. 10 stars

We were very pleased with our stay here at the Cape Winds resort! The condo is in a wonderful location, with great views of the pool and beach from the lanai. The pool is nice and large, and was not overly busy. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies and had great beach gear (chairs, umbrella, boogie board, sand toys, etc.). This made going to the beach very pleasant! Smart TVs in multiple rooms and a drawerful of games was nice to have for evenings. Sasa was helpful and responsive to questions. Highly recommend this stay.

This place was perfect for our family’s spring break vacation! The resort had everything we could have wanted!! The pool was refreshing and not overcrowded, especially in the early evening. The kids loved the game room - complete with pool tables and an air hockey machine. The beach was so relaxing. There are umbrellas and chairs available to rent if needed. The walk to the beach is short - right down the wooden pathway. The showers along the way are great to rinse off the sand before heading back upstairs. The unit itself was pristine. We scored a spot on the 4th floor, so we had a great ocean view off the side of the balcony. There was plenty of space for 4 of us, and the well-stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals in the evening! There is also an incredible seafood place 1/2 mile away - right next to Publix. We are already excited for the next time we’re able to visit!! Thanks so much for the perfect trip! ☺️

Our family vacation on Cocoa Beach was fantastic! We checked in early as suggested to have an ocean view on one of the higher floors. We were able to stay on the top level with perfect views of the ocean. From coffee at sunrise to watching beach goers at nightfall, the balcony was amazing! The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was a perfect layout for a week spent with our teenage children. The condo is within walking distance to several restaurants. We were even able to experience 2 rocket launches! The resort offers several amenities for travelers. We enjoyed beach time, pool time, and everything in between!

Great Stay, great condo

Beautiful unit. The view from the balcony is amazing. We ate dinner outside and looked at the ocean almost every night. The ocean was warm and the white sandy beaches perfect ! Very clean. Unit came with two beach chairs, cooler, and a umbrella for the beach. Only issue we had, seemed like a glitch with Airbnb System. The code to check in got bounced back to the sender so we had to wait a little to get into the unit. Other than that perfect spot. Would recommend this unit to others. We were 3 adults and 2 kids. Pool, Sauna, hot tub, and two Charcoal grills. Very nice touch. Thanks again

We go away once a year and always try to find a beachfront property with a balcony view. This unit was exceptional, very spacious, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean! It’s also a “launch look out”, and we were lucky to catch a launch the first night we stayed! It took off right over the condo towards the ocean. The kids were so excited! The pool was heated and clean, kids played in it for hours as the wind was a little too strong for enjoying the beach. The hot tub was set at about 104 and was large. The other people there were so friendly and recommended great places to take the kids. Mini golf, Mexican restaurants, shopping, and ice cream shops all within a few city blocks. Golf and Gator was a blast! The kids got a photo holding a baby gator. The host was so friendly and responsive. No complaints. Everything was fantastic. No surprises, everything squeaky clean. Very beautiful and clean condo! Plenty of space and everything we needed was there. The building seemed safe and private and had nice amenities that we saw but didn’t have time to use. We did take a walk on the nature trails and those were peaceful and pretty. The host was nice and very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at the resort. We have been visiting cocoa beach annually for years, and our usual place was under construction. After staying here, this is our new go-to. The resort was absolutely spotless, and front desk was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was exactly as described, and clean- which is my number one concern wherever we stay. The pool was wonderful and my kids loved spending hours there. The arcade is fun for a change of pace, and private beach access was perfect. We rented beach loungers and umbrellas daily, and it was so nice not to have to lug chairs back and forth. There’s plenty nearby to walk to, and it’s in the perfect location. The grounds are also beautiful, with gorgeous landscaping. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful when I reached out before our stay. Definitely recommend staying here!

Absolutely amazing stay with no issues noted. We were in town for the celebration for my Mother-in-love 85th birthday and my niece 40th birthday. The Airbnb was a great location within minutes from the Civic Center venue where the celebration took place. The Fly In Airbnb 505 accommodations where as stated and more. The pool area was also a big hit with everyone. We all left with the same mindset of this being one of the greatest Airbnb experience we have had. JJ, thank you for this not being a nightmare; rather, it was a most relaxing, clean, and safe environment. We ensured that we were respectful and appreciative of your home and fact that you carefully made certain that any of your guests would definitely want to visit again. The place was absolutely beautiful and impeccably clean—truly felt like home. We loved the spacious layout, which made our trip smooth and comfortable. Everything looked exactly like the photos. Enjoying breakfast on the patio was a highlight. Although we only stayed for two nights and didn’t get a chance to try the hot tub, it looked spotless and well-maintained. The host was incredibly kind and very responsive throughout our stay.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The amenities were top-notch, with the pool being a perfect spot for daily exercise. I also made full use of the steam room, sauna, and outdoor shower, which added a spa-like experience to my stay. The location is incredibly convenient, being close to grocery stores, hair salons, and a wide variety of food options. Plus, it's just a short drive from the beach. The host is very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

The house was absolutely perfect for our family — spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were so cozy, and the home had everything we needed, from extra towels to fully stocked kitchen essentials. The highlight of our trip was definitely the pool. We truly can’t emphasize enough how much we loved it. It was a lifesaver on days when the weather wasn’t ideal for the beach or when we just wanted a relaxing day at the house. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, replying super quickly any time we had a question or needed to reach out for something. That level of attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. This was our first time staying bay side (we usually go for beachfront), we were pleasantly surprised — the beaches were only a short drive away & totally worth it. Clean, beautiful, and full of amazing shells. The sauna was a huge hit with my husband. He used it every morning and said it was the perfect way to stretch. We would 100% recommend this Airbnb!

My family came from different states to spend time celebrating my son's Navy retirement. I was not looking for activities in the area or restaurants even though there are many! I wanted a special place to spend precious time together! This house was exactly what I hoped for and more! We cooked in the well supplied kitchen and grilled food outside. Plenty of nice bathrooms with ample supplies! The beds were comfy .. truly I can't say enough good things about my experience ! Lots of different areas to make memories, the pool right on the canal is heaven, the fabulous hot tub and a great time was had chatting around the tiki bar in the shade watching the kids swim. We also enjoyed the dining room table and the screened porch to visit with each other. There were so many amenities at the house we didn't even get around to .. fishing rods, canoes truly the list goes on! But, we got exactly what we wanted a truly special time, with a very helpful host at a resort feeling home!
