Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Banana River

The place was great for my friends and I to all meet up. A 1 minute walk to the beach matched with the pool was unbeatable. Stuart communicated well and the self check in was fairly easy. We had a great time, thanks again!

We had a great time at Stuart’s place, it was perfect for our family of four. I especially loved the private patio, outdoor shower, the pool, and how close it is to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed. Stuart was very helpful and accommodating, he kindly allowed us a late check-out, which made our little getaway just how we imagined it. We’d be happy to come back again!

The vacation condo is really nice and cozy. The condo is nicely decorated and it matches the pictures that are included on the listing. My family and I felt right at home. The living room and kitchen has a great amount of comfortable seating. The master bathroom was amazing with two showers. Both bathrooms had candles for the guests to light if wanted, making the bathrooms relaxing lol. The condo building and parking garage was easy to enter and maneuver around. Great location for visiting Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. JJ is an awesome host and he replied to our questions within 5-10 minutes each time we asked something. Check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. We would love to stay again next time we come to the area!

Since the.momemt of my arrival it was absolutely peaceful smooth transition to vaction mode. The place was very neat clean relaxing i had tonfroce myself to go out because i rather stay and lounge around. Marias' beautiful garden of plants, flowers and orchids were so pleasant to sit among and soak up the sun. Maria truly was a gracious host Maria respects the privacy of her guest 100%. Claudine's home was wonderful! My sister and I went for a quick weekend trip from Orlando. We enjoyed the Kayking, our unit was very clean, and the host was excellent. We were able to see a missle launch and met the next door neighbor Jim. If you are into NASA this is the place to go! Jim worked at NASA and is an amazing educator! We will definitely return!

location is so convenient to the beach ramp literally across the street. easy short walk to downtown where lots of restaurants and bars and shops around - no need to drive or even Uber! lower floor units have great back door access to private patio and your own outdoor shower (!!!) and then the lovely shared resort pool.

This was our second time staying in one of the Tranquility Suites and we absolutely loved it! The location is perfect for a relaxing getaway on the beach. The suite provided everything we needed to enjoy our time there. Check-in was easy and convenient for our late night arrival. I can’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back!!!

Our stay for a friend’s weekend in Cocoa Beach was wonderful at Stuart’s place . It’s only a 15 minute walk to downtown and a 30 second walk over to the beach. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a quick beach access and not wanting to drive everywhere you go! We will be back for sure!

The house was very beautiful and spacious. The back deck was perfect for fishing and also getting to see manatees and dolphins. The location is great and close to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!

I loved my brief stay here. I need an early arrival and Darcy was quick to respond and able to make it happen. The house is cozy and was perfect for my needs. If I am looking for a place stay the next time I am in town for work, I hope this will be available.

Ariel and his house were bother awesome and amazing. Probably the most accommodating host and house from anything I've ever stayed at before. can't say enough for all the amenities available. 10/10 would recommend.

Our host was wonderful. Very accommodating and great communication. The property was fabulous! It was a girls trip and everyone enjoyed the beautiful accommodations and the short walk to the beach. It is a lovely home and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The beds where comfortable and the linens where nice as well. Clean, newly remodeled, spacious and a central location. We had everything we needed to enjoy the beach for an added bonus. I highly recommend this property!

Great stay. For multiple families, this was perfect. Everyone had their own space and the yard was much bigger than expected. Close to space coast fields and all of the restaurants and stores. Host was fantastic and even offered to mail an item that was left behind.

Gibson was a great host. Will definitly stay at his property when we are back his way. Beautiful clean home that met our families needs perfectly.

The house and location were perfect for our family of 8 adults. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, and a great layout.

Great Stay, great condo

Karen and Dave are hands down the best hosts I have ever had staying at an airbnb. If I could them and their condo 10 stars I would. The condo was exceptionally clean, detailed, comfortable and inviting. She has everything you could possibly need for your stay already available to you at the unit. She has literally thought of everything and made the experience so comfortable for my fiance and I. I will most definitely be back very soon for another visit and will always recommend Karen and Dave's unit to others I know who are traveling to Cape Canaveral. 10+ stars all the way around!

Absolutely amazing stay with no issues noted. We were in town for the celebration for my Mother-in-love 85th birthday and my niece 40th birthday. The Airbnb was a great location within minutes from the Civic Center venue where the celebration took place. The Fly In Airbnb 505 accommodations where as stated and more. The pool area was also a big hit with everyone. We all left with the same mindset of this being one of the greatest Airbnb experience we have had. JJ, thank you for this not being a nightmare; rather, it was a most relaxing, clean, and safe environment. We ensured that we were respectful and appreciative of your home and fact that you carefully made certain that any of your guests would definitely want to visit again. Stuart was a very responsive host (especially when i forgot something and he was able to help me get back in to find it). Such a great place to stay, just steps from the beach. The building was fairly occupied when we stayed, but the pool area never felt crammed, nor was noise an issue from other guests.

A beautiful walk, the place and location and the attention were excellent, a wonderful experience and thinking of returning sometime in the future, highly recommended!!!!

JJ is an outstanding host-very responsive and helpful! The instructions for check in/out were so helpful and accurate. The condo was was easy to find and so beautifully decorated, clean & spacious! We felt so at home there and appreciated all of the thoughtfulness from the variety of seasonings, coffee, extra toilet paper, and more! Communication with JJ was always prompt and he was super kind and hospitable. We will for sure be back and highly recommend his place if you’re planning a visit to Kennedy Space Center or local beaches. It’s a great location without the over crowdedness.
