Beautiful home in gorgeous neighborhood. Enjoyed morning walks to sunset hills park (marina/mountain views with a sea lion chorus) and jogs to golden gardens. Sam is very responsive and a great host.

We loved staying in Allory's beautiful home! I especially appreciated the rule for no shoes as I knew the space would be clean and feel like home. The large windows let in streams of sunlight and had a great view of the mountains. Hope to stay here again soon!

This cute little private basement apartment was perfect for our little city get away. The place was modern meets old Seattle craftsman- love. Also, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Tucked in a cute little residential neighborhood. Maple leaf park and Macrina Bakery is within walking distance. Lee also had this place stocked with teas, spices and nice cookware for eating in. (Trader Joe’s spices and teas to be exact!) We will be back!

Perfect quiet place in my favorite neighborhood. House was super clean and lots of kitchen amenities and others throughout the house. Will stay again when we need to do city stuff!

We loved our stay here. Super convenient if you are visiting family at Merrill Gardens. Great parking spot in driveway off the street. Beds super comfortable. Supermarket 2 blocks away and easy to make your own meals as kitchen has EVERYTHING! Super quiet so undisturbed sleep. Really a jewel in Ballard.

Kelly and Will were incredibly helpful, considerate, and super responsive. They made staying at their place as easy as possible. Their space was clean and beautiful, had a big grass backyard, and was perfect for our two families to stay with three little ones. Easy parking, quiet neighborhood, easy drive from many attractions and parks. We did not meet Kelly and Will but everything was exactly as they said — total hosting pros!

Wonderful basement apartment. Very comfortable for our family of 3. Aimee was very responsive if we had questions. We actually left one of our daughter’s stuffies behind when we left but they let us know and we were able to pick it up a few days later. The location is great being very close to the locks and botanical garden. There’s lots to do in the Ballard neighborhood which was a short walk away. We’re definitely interested in staying again when we return!

I had a nice time at Stephanie’s place, it was my first time in Seattle so I was quite nervous but it was great to have a peaceful hideaway where I could get quiet and rest whenever I needed it. It was a beautiful neighborhood. I loved the travel book collection in the sitting room and was so thrilled to have a bath tub as soon as I many airbnbs don’t have that when you have a basement stay. So that was great. Stephanie was really responsive too and helped me and even offered to get me ice cream when I wasn’t feeling well which was lovely of her.

Nicole's hospitality was the best we've received so far! The space was quiet, coffee ready for the morning and she was very responsive. she also let us know about a pod of orcas moving through the sound! if we go back to Seattle, we'll stay here again.

Tim went above and beyond. We felt so comfortable and welcome. Wonderful host, I can’t say enough good things about the care and thoughtfulness that Tim put into everything!

Scott’s place was a PERFECT home base in Ballard! He was extremely communicative and the location was ideal for getting around — a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Ballard, and convenient access to the 40 and 44 buses. The unit was quiet and had everything you could need to settle in. The bed was comfortable, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchen had every appliance you would want. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Had a wonderful stay with our toddler! Very close to the zoo and downtown Ballard. We would stay here again if we return to Seattle!

Julie's place was absolutely perfect! It had every amenity you could need, was super cute, wonderful neighborhood with a great park. Julie was also great with communication. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The one thing i would note is that if you're like me and have sensory issues the noise from the tv upstairs might bother you. (I did not say anything about this to Julie because i know it's a me issue) if i ever come back that way which hopefully i will i would love to stay again. Everything was wonderful and you created the perfect home away from home. Every night we actually felt like we were going "home" thanks again for your hospitality!!

Karla’s place was the most well appointed Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail, every amenity and then some. Street parking was available in the same spot out front everyday. Quiet. Feels like your perched in a tree on hill over looking Fremont. I’ll be back!!!❤️

We stayed overnight for a work trip and wish we could have stayed longer! A beautiful space that made for a peaceful stay.

The place is charming and cozy. We had a great time, and it was perfect for three people. We could really relax and feel at home after a long day out. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Overall, a great place to stay. So sad we didn’t get to enjoy the area itself as all of our plans are in downtown.

We had come to see the Seattle International Film Festival. We quickly found we could not have chosen a better location. We had a choice of two convenient buses to take us to the Seattle Center for films near there and two choices for downtown for movies there. While we did not, you could also catch convenient busses to Green Lake or the University district. If you want to be in Seattle without a car, you could not find a better place.

Great location, and communication. Secure building. Good energy in a cozy nook that felt like a home away from home. Morning coffee, feet away. Everything you need within a few block radius. Great place to write, or clear your head.

Michael's place is a beautiful apartment just as described in the AirBnb posting. It was impeccably clean, and nice modern decor. The Wi-Fi was great, and there were lots of nice touches throughout the apartment to help us feel right at home. Michael was a great communicator, and made us feel welcome. In particular, when I reached out shortly before our arrival to let Michael know that my wife had feather allergies, he ordered brand new non-feather pillows, which were waiting for us at the front door upon our arrival! This totally exceeded our expectations, and made for a really comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again if available on our next Seattle trip.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Lauren’s place over the long holiday weekend! The condo was lovely, very tidy, and we slept like babies in the super cozy bed. There were plenty of thoughtful touches throughout like flossers/q-tips in the bathroom, candies in the kitchen (a very welcome treat after our travel day), and there were even earplugs in the bedroom 🤣. We also really loved the neighborhood—LOTS of cute restaurants and shops, we really enjoyed the ice cream shop across the street and the yakitori spot a few blocks down. The weather was beautiful while we were there, so we even got to enjoy a beer out on the balcony in the sun. We had a rental car and it was easy to find parking every day (we parked near the high school and never had an issue). Highly recommend booking here for a great stay in Seattle!

Lessley has been excellent. She has been communicative and her website she created had all the instructions in there. The house was super cute and she even labels the remotes so you know what is what. Love that the restroom floor is heated too, a pleasant surprise :) One thing to notice was the hallway to her place smelled of heavy cigarette smokes, it isn’t her doing but it’s unfortunate as the smell can mildly leak into the apartment to the kitchen area. Overall, loved the apartment and the appliances are all well maintained and clean. I would stay again - highly recommend!

A lovely stay! The apartment was perfect for us, the beds were comfy, amenities as described. Benjamin always responded in a timely fashion if we had questions. The building is quiet, never heard neighbors, very secure. Loved the rooftop, it is a must see! Close to everything! We didn't need a car, used Uber or Lyft if we didn't want to walk and most fees were under 10$. Best suited for 2-3 people.

Great place for a small family. Close to everything. Good neighborhood to walk. Parallel parking on the Street … not the easiest if you are not used to it.
