Romantic Getaway in a Greenwood Garden Oasis

We built this as our second home. We wanted small, but not too small. Modern, but not a museum. Private, but not closed in. We think we made a great home for ourselves that is a modern garden getaway that is just the right size for 2. Sitting in the hot tub on a winter or summer evening is a touch of paradise in the city. Full access to entire home and property. We are here to help if something is needed. Gardner comes by every week to trim the yard and clean the hot-tub. If you need anything else just ask. The house is the Greenwood neighborhood, seven miles north of the Space Needle. It's four miles from the UW medical center, and five miles from the Ballard Locks. No feathers in the bed, pillows, or comforter. If you have any additional allergies let us know if we can help.

Lovely 1-bedroom retreat with hot tub

Relax and unwind in this cozy first-floor unit with private entrance, patio and hot tub. Our indoor space has three separate rooms: lovely bedroom with comfy queen bed and closet with dresser, full bathroom with rain shower and tub, and living room with large TV, small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea makers. (Note: we do not have a full kitchenette.) The living room sofa unfolds into a double bed. We live upstairs with our elementary schooler, so you’ll hear signs of life occasionally.

New 1 bedroom light-filled home in a wonderful location with easy access to everything! This charming cottage is a stand-alone home in a quiet neighborhood, close to Woodland Park Zoo, Sunday Ballard Farmer's Market Fremont, Wallingford, and more. Complete with a washer dryer, large shower with seat, and heated bathroom floors. Parking is under the cottage in a private garage (for mid-size SUVs or smaller..larger vehicles might not fit). Our place is close to Restaurants, great views, parks, the beach, art and culture. You’ll love our place because of the Cool boutique feel, completely private, brand new construction with all new furnishings. The bathroom feels like you're in a spa, heated floors, fresh, clean design! The OUTSIDE ROOM is amazing! Infrared heat located on a beam for cool winter and summer dining. We are located near the Sound, Discovery Park, the Ballard Locks, the largest blue heron reserve in the U.S., and a quick 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Adorable 2 bedroom unit in quiet beach community.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Just 5 minutes north of Ballard, 5 minutes from Golden Gardens. Hang out on the covered porch and relax after exploring the sites downtown and Ballard. Or take a walk down to the private beach to watch the sunset over the Puget Sound. If the tide's out you can walk to Golden Gardens from the beach access in about 15 minutes. For stays longer than a week you must have at least one 5 star review.

Peaceful Urban Retreat

This home is super clean. Broadview is a special urban community that is 20 minutes to DT. This retreat is 800+/- sq ft. Spacious, light-filled rooms. Close to Carkeek Park, bus-lines, grocery stores and eateries. High speed, Internet. Longer stays I can offer a discount. The min. stay is 3 days. The guest area is part of our home but separate & private. The sofa opens to a queen-size bed if needed. All artwork was selected and signed by local artist.
