I do not think there are enough words to describe how absolutely incredible Matthew's home is! Myself and 6 other girls spent the week here for a girls getaway and every single one of us could not stop 'oooo-ing & awwww'-ing' at every space. The home itself looks as if it came straight out of a novel but the property! Oh my gosh!!! Getting to be tucked away in the gorgeous scenic town of Kingston, while also not being too far from amazing restaurants and other amenities was pure perfection. We all took daily walks around the property and loved the high end retreat vibe that the home itself gives. We truly made some life long memories and cannot thank Matt enough for allowing us the opportunity to get to stay here. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay and we are all already talking about when we can come back; especially when the lavender field is in full bloom!! Thank you again, Matt!!

Such a beautiful spot! It’s so cool to have access to the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. We had a fantastic, relaxing time. The place was clean and we appreciated the multiple sleeping arrangement options.

Wonderful place and location. Great view and features to enjoy indoors and outside. It was well prepared, and expectations/instructions were clear.

The location is VERY close to pier, aquarium, shops, restaurants, and Pikes Place Market. Park the car because everything is right here! Place was great with a gas fireplace that really heats the room and provides nice ambiance. Great views of the waterfront and wonder wheel especially at sun set!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed a lovely and peaceful stay! I wasn’t expecting the absolutely gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier or the delightful beach below the property. Very pleasantly surprised by that! Lisa was very friendly and personable, and I would have felt comfortable contacting her if I needed anything. Recommended!

This home is an absolute gem, do not pass up the opportunity to book here. Tranquility abounds in this neighborhood, and you can see the sparkle on the water and water fowl from your bed, or watch from the hot tub! My partner and I loved this place, not only for the natural beauty surrounding, but found the amenities and the home to be super clean, thoughtful and welcoming. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable pillows and linens. To preface - we both have slightly different sleep - preferences and found we both had incredible sleep here. The hosts were so kind to text us when a pod of orca whales were out front - what a dream! Their recommendations were excellent and I highly suggest checking out Via Rosa 11 if you can, and walking Grand Forest ( on their list ).

My family of six had an awesome stay at Lee’s house! There was plenty of room for everyone with the two floors. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, everything was super clean, and we loved the private backyard with the hot tub, bbq, and nice landscaping. Lee was also super easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend to others looking for a quiet place to stay that’s still close to Seattle activities.

We enjoyed our stay. Location was what we were looking for. Quiet, nice view and minutes from a scenic beach.

Marcell is a great host, friendly and communicative. Very helpful with local suggestions and very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if the listing is available the next time I’m in Seattle.

Great tiny home in beautiful Seattle neighborhood. Well outfitted. Private, peaceful, but easy access to Queen Anne restaurants and shops.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was as advertised and very comfortable. We enjoyed being able to walk to the Ballard FC game.

Martha and her husband were so nice even though we only seen them twice during our week stay. Both times Martha was super friendly and knowledgeable. there were beautiful views from the back yard of the property and right down the road aswell. my girlfriend and i had a great time exploring the Olympic national park and whole peninsula from her place. we will definitely be back to this amazing state and would stay here again in the future. Great host, beautiful home close to everything. Swam at the lake and walked to the park. Only took 12min to get to downtown convention center. The house was so beautiful. The shower was lovely and large tubs! Adorable backyard retreat.

If you're looking for a generous, beautifully decorated and conveniently located quiet place, Kelly's home was the one to stay. We felt immediately at home and at ease and enjoyed her hospitality. Communicating with her was swift and easy as was the access to the place itself. And as an extra bonus, there was a great view from the terrace onto lake union and Mount Rainier. What more can you ask for? I'd definitely come back.

We loved Ty’s place. Very comfortable and cozy. We walked to the restaurants nearby. His recommendations were so helpful. Having our own parking in the driveway was a game changer. We had so much fun in Seattle, much of it due to Ty’s place.

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

The place was perfect for our vacation stay in Seattle! Excellent central location for walking to the most commonly visited tourist spots. We took full advantage of the courtyard and gym. My son said he slept "way better" on the pull-out sofa than he did in our earlier hotel stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Being met and provided instructions at check-in was helpful and checkout was a breeze.

Ian's place was great. We enjoyed spending our evenings with family after the days adventure. The pool house and outside patio are amazing we all really enjoyed it. The house has anything you need and communication with Ian was prompt and easy. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

Gayle was very quick to respond. Her condo is in a secure building. It was spotless. Great location - walkable to all attractions. She let us drop off our luggage prior to check in ( we were coming straight from Alaska Cruise). She called us as soon as the unit was clean and told us we could return. I would stay at Gayles Place again.

The view was amazing and the location easy to find. If we had the time and the weather was nice we would just sit out on the balcony and just watch the marketplace bustle. The space was clean and many essentials were provided. We utilized the pool/hot tub/gym daily which was super nice after all the walking we did during the day. Target being downstairs was also very convenient especially since I needed to grab another luggage cause I ran out of space in the one I brought. The only complaints I might have is that it can be quite loud at night and I was woken up quite a few times. However, ear plugs are provided though I didn't use them because they get uncomfortable after a few hours. We had no actual issues but it can also feel a bit unsafe at night if you're out late due to the homeless population though that is not a fault of the hosts. Despite that I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just the view and convenience outweighs anything else.

Second stay here, will continue to be my go to place when staying in Woodinville area.
