The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

The walking distance to the center of Ayvalık is 5 minutes and you can reach the beaches and Cunda Island in 15 minutes by car. We can speak Russian, German and English.

Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. Middle floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bathroom, WC. Upper floor: terrace with magnificent sea view, seating area, 1 double bed and armchair. There are lemon and olive trees in the garden. Cleanliness is very important. You can drive to the front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.

Although it is in the village, it is 18 km from Gömeç, 25 km from Cunda or 30 km from Sarımsaklı.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. 10 minutes to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Air conditioning is provided with Mitsubishi air conditioner. Parking nearby by car is possible on Thursday evening, the market is set up.

The villa-style property staying features a living room and kitchen on the ground floor, and two bedrooms on the upper floor, each has own bathroom. The beds can be arranged as single or double. Hot water is provided by a water heater. Air conditioning and a television are available. There is a car park near the house. A charge applies outside the season and for stays of three days or more.
