"Home" in Ayvalık Macaron

Right in the center of Ayvalik, very close to everything and very far away. Its proximity to all the attractions and exploration and fun is also ideal for relaxing with its location in the neighborhood. Our house, which is converted from the old stone warehouse, has everything you need. Heat pump for winter, stone walls for summer and air conditioning... Downstairs lounge, separate kitchen and dining table, garden out of the kitchen. Two rooms upstairs, double bed in each room, large bathroom, dressing room. The water is not cut due to its location, the water flow will never decrease.

You can enjoy peace with the whole family in this wonderful place. It is only a ten minute drive to the island of Cunda and only a hundred meters to the beach. Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable vacation with approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, three kilometers to the center of Ayvalık, no parking problem, suitable for conservative families. There are two double three single beds and a sofa bed that can turn into bed. A crib and high chair are provided if desired. All rooms also have air conditioning.
