Right in the center of Ayvalik, very close to everything and very far away. Its proximity to all the attractions and exploration and fun is also ideal for relaxing with its location in the neighborhood. Our house, which is converted from the old stone warehouse, has everything you need. Heat pump for winter, stone walls for summer and air conditioning... Downstairs lounge, separate kitchen and dining table, garden out of the kitchen. Two rooms upstairs, double bed in each room, large bathroom, dressing room. The water is not cut due to its location, the water flow will never decrease.

If you stay in this place, which is located in a central location, you will be close to everywhere and peaceful as a family, there is no parking problem, our mansion is available, there is a public parking lot 50 meters away from the center, within walking distance to the beach, Ayvalık macaron places, Satan's coffee, historical churches, 300 meters to the devil's table, the island of Cunda, the garlic praj, 15 minutes by car, you will feel at peace on the historical macaron streets. There is unlimited internet wifi 🛜 Have A good vacation.

You can rest as a family in this peaceful accommodation. It is centrally located and very close to any places you want to go. Cunda Island is 10 minutes away and Devil's Table is 15 minutes away. Also, the symbol of the moon is comfortably walking distance to the coast in the narrow alleyways. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There is a bed for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen hall. The 5th maximum person can comfortably stay in the sofa for 2 people in the living room. Have a😊 GOOD HOLIDAY 😊

Our house is located in the historical residential area of Ayvalık and in the Macaron area, one of the most vibrant spots. 5-10 minutes walk to the historical places to see with Sahil Caddesi, Barbaros Street, April 13 Street, Ayvalık Square and Bazaar, Antikacılar Street, cafes, bars and tavernas. There is a small garden at the entrance of the house, a seating area on the ground floor, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed, and the other has air conditioning.

In the center of Ayvalık, 3-5 min walk to the market place, bazaar, restaurants, entertainment venues, dolmus stops. Built by Greeks about 150 years ago, our house was restored in April 2022 and opened for our guests to use. You will have the house all to yourself. There is no sharing with others. Since the identity reporting law is required by the law, the Police will be notified of an ID, all of our guests must come with their IDs.
