We were very pleased with everything. There are so many places to visit close to the location. The sea is very clean, Ms. Belgin was very caring. It was a place we'd like to visit again...

Nev's place was perfect for our 4 day stay in Ayvalik. It was in an excellent location, close to the centre , the bazaar and excellent cafe's and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and charming and the kitchen extremely well equipped. But the highlight of the stay were Nev and Boran. They were warm, friendly, helpful, kind and generous. They were the best hosts we have every experienced! We will definitely be back.

It was a pleasure to stay at Mr. Ali’s place. He was very helpful, always online if we needed any help. He even greeted us and took us (we were 4 people) home. Location of the house is very central. Literally 2-5 minutes away from everything you can do in Ayvalik. Thank you for hosting us. If we ever decide to return, we will definitely choose this place again.

A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

Mrs. Gülay's house is really wonderful, she thought of everything to make us comfortable. All the electronics in the house work smoothly, which made me very happy. As seen in the pictures, the decoration of the house is very stylish, it is a very pleasant Greek house to stay in ❤️ I think its location is the best location in Ayvalık, stone pavements and many wonderful Greek houses, I didn't know where to look while walking around. The neighbors are also very sweet. It's also very precious for me to accept it with my little dog. The location of the house was within driving distance to the Dikili center. If you just want to go to the sea and have a quiet and peaceful holiday, it is in a convenient location. A very clean 3-story house in the compound. There is all the necessary stuff for cooking at home. Every room comes with air conditioning. The garden is beautiful, but if you want to sit in the open area, there are only plastic tables and chairs in a small area. Apart from that, there is an area like a winter garden, there are mosquito nets everywhere and you can sit comfortably without being exposed to flies. The compound has its own beach and sun loungers. There is also a shower and dressing cabin. When he went on vacation, he also said where to swim in the sea and give money to the beach. We drove to the sea and had a small child. But those who like to walk can walk. It is 2-3 km away from the mini markets. The sea is beautiful, the environment is beautiful. If we go again, we'll stay in the same place again.

Mr. Ekin was very interested in everything from the places to visit to the places where we would shop, and he answered the questions immediately. It had everything from a dishwasher to an iron and a fan (no air conditioning, though). Mr. Mehmet and his wife took very good care of us. The house was very clean and spacious, a very peaceful area. They even helped us find a taxi. There was everything in the house, you can just take your suitcase and go. Kitchen utensils were quite sufficient. We never had any shortages while cooking. Everything was thought of and provided, even spices. You can trust with your eyes closed:)

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

This place is incredibly beautiful. The view and the terrace area overlook the sea and the Greek island of Lesbos. Assos ancient city is nearby. Easy access to the village coming from the north or the south. The flat is comfortable with all amenities and well stocked. Nurten is a friendly and warm host. We contacted Ms. Zeynep for our accommodation needs during our motorcycle trip. She was very interested in booking and then finding the address and settling in. His family was also very interested in making sure we settled in and that everything was okay. The apartment was exactly as described, although it was not in the pictures, there is air conditioning and 24-hour hot water. There's a TV and a fridge. Since we didn't need a kitchen, it was very spacious and enjoyable for us. The apartment is 50-100 meters from the sea. We thank them. It's a place we'd like to stay again if we happen to be in the area.

Firstly - Ayvalik is a hidden gem, go there before everyone else. It is Turkish and as a tourist one feels special. And Hande most certainly made us feel special. The five star rating firstly goes to her - she was ever responsive, even in awkward situations. When we could not unlock the door the second day, she was right there. When we needed advice during a medical emergency, she was there. When we needed early morning taxis, she organised it and bargained the price too. About the house: it is as described. The photos are real. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen - the true heart of the house. The most generous basic-stocked kitchen ever. Would have wanted to spend more time on the terrace, but the weather did not permit it. The décor is old-worldly. Feels like a family's beach house. Maybe too many knicks and knacks. Moving between the two levels can be challenging for a taller person. All in all a very homely and comforting stay. Thank you, Hande!

Although the house is quite central, it is in a relatively quiet neighborhood. But due to the narrow streets, paid parking is a must, especially when you come by car during busy times. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and the house was quite comfortable. In the process, Ms. Ece helped us quickly whenever necessary. A house that we will definitely stay in again on our next visits to Ayvalık.
