Our home is a very comfortable house located in a residential complex in the center of Ayvalık. A stylish and cozy space has been created using a combination of antique and modern furnishings. It is earthquake-resistant. It can accommodate 5 adults, and there is also a baby crib. The garden is for the exclusive use of our guests. There is a teakwood dining set in the garden. The house is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils. You can enjoy preparing your meals, or if you prefer, you can walk to the bazaar, restaurants, etc., discover the historical character of the city, and enjoy the sea on its beautiful beaches.

You can reach Cunda, Sarimsaklı by car in 10/15 minutes, 10 minutes walking distance to Ayvalık square. A lovely 3-storey stone Greek house with a garden and magnificent sea views. Ground floor: kitchen, living room, WC. Middle floor: 1 double bed, 1 single bed, wardrobe, bathroom, WC. Upper floor: terrace with magnificent sea view, seating area, 1 double bed and armchair. There are lemon and olive trees in the garden. Cleanliness is very important. You can drive to the front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.

The beds are new and comfortable, and our sheets and towels are new, clean, and well maintained. Our kitchen equipment is new,functional and of good quality. Our music sound system and speaker system Sonos, our PlayStation gaming console and Lazboy tv seats are comfortable. There are foosball,table tennis,walking bands and of course BBQ in the garden.
