Vacation rentals with a patio in Ayvalık

Thank you for providing a very sufficient accommodation experience in the interior with a large garden balcony within the texture of the island, right next to the Rahmi Koç museum, within walking distance to everywhere.

We contacted Ms. Zeynep for our accommodation needs during our motorcycle trip. She was very interested in booking and then finding the address and settling in. His family was also very interested in making sure we settled in and that everything was okay. The apartment was exactly as described, although it was not in the pictures, there is air conditioning and 24-hour hot water. There's a TV and a fridge. Since we didn't need a kitchen, it was very spacious and enjoyable for us. The apartment is 50-100 meters from the sea. We thank them. It's a place we'd like to stay again if we happen to be in the area.

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

There were 3 of us, but it was a good enough house for 4 people. The house smelled great, it was clean, we had a pleasant time on the small terrace, Ms. Zeynep was very helpful, if we come again, we will stay here again 🎉

The host was very helpful and friendly, both about the house and about places to go and recommendations. The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It is also close to most beautiful cafes and restaurants. If we come to Ayvalık again, we would like to stay here again.

Mr. Emin was a very caring host and responded very quickly to our problems and offered pleasant suggestions before and after check-in. We felt very safe because it was a family atmosphere and it was also very clean. The house was 10-15 minutes away from the center as mentioned. There were tools in the house with all the equipment. We were very satisfied and would like to choose this house again if we come back. I definitely recommend it.

First of all, Ms. Keziban is a very nice person and her house is very nice . The fireplace is waiting for you in the house, the boards are prepared below. Every window of the house overlooks a view, the people who live there are warm and helpful. She helped us get into the house even though we rented it late on the road. The location of the house was great. The house was also good. It was also very nice to have its own beach. It can be one of the best spots in the North Aegean for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Everything was as described during the reservation, we didn't have a bad surprise. It was a beautiful house we stayed in during our stay in Ayvalık. The photos were exactly the same and the house was clean and tidy. Although the streets are extremely narrow and difficult to enter by car, considering that all the streets are like that, it was easy to find once we learned it, as the house was straight ahead of us when we turned from the hospital road. We parked right in front of the house, and although they removed our wipers every day, we did not have any problems or issues in the area, you can park in front of the house. We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax.
