Our villa, which will allow you to have a spacious and comfortable holiday with its approximately 150 square meters of balcony and terrace, is three kilometers from the center of Ayvalık, there is no parking problem, and it is suitable for conservative families. There are two double beds, three single beds and a sofa bed that can be turned into a bed. A crib and a high chair can be provided if requested. All rooms have air conditioning.

There are two single beds and two double beds. -2nd floor is 3+1 and consists of 4 bathrooms and a separate kitchen. There are 4 single beds and 2 double beds. - The entrances of the floors are independent -You can rent both floors at once. You can also rent 1 floor.(The price is for one floor) - A cleaning fee of 1500 TL will be charged for 1 floor.
