It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
