Cozy living in the city

In a beautiful and well-kept atmosphere. Very close to Alster, train station and city. In summer, however, it can also be louder, as there is a lot of hustle and bustle on the street!! If you travel by car, I will get you a visitor parking space. The room is equipped with a cozy bed (140 × 200 cm) and a closet for your belongings. In the kitchen, a kettle and coffee maker are available. Of course, you can also cook something for yourself. And most importantly, I only have room for individuals!

A private balcony features a wooden table and two folding chairs, overlooking a serene view of the water and landscaped garden. Gentle sunlight illuminates the tranquil scene, highlighting the lush greenery and the peaceful ambiance of the surrounding area.

Dream location and water view directly on the Alster

The accommodation is very quietly located in the villa district of Uhlenhorst on one of the most beautiful properties in Hamburg directly on the Alster. From the large balcony you can look over the Feenteich and the Alster. It couldn't be any nicer! The center can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike, car or bus. Part of Alexander's apartment is rented, which has a separate entrance, bathroom, toilet and a small kitchen. Absolute privacy!! NOTE: See tourist occupancy tax under Rules!

Super centrally located penthouse in Hamburg-St. Georg. The apartment is only a 6-minute walk from the main train station and offers plenty of space with 165 square meters of living space and a 40 square meter balcony. The apartment has a full bathroom and a guest toilet. There is another room in the apartment that I also rent through Airbnb. The household, kitchen and fitness equipment can of course also be used. This great apartment is located in one of the best locations in Hamburg (Harvestehude district). In 200 m you are at the Hamburg Außenalster. The apartment is very quiet and the balcony leads to a quiet backyard. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard. In the bedroom, for example, there is a 1.80 m wide and high-quality box spring bed available and on the balcony there is a great gas grill (use is free of charge).

The spacious living area features a red sectional couch alongside a wooden dining table with four white chairs. A tall bookshelf filled with books is present, as well as a television and decorative plants. Wall art adds visual interest to the room.

You want to love my affiliation because of the large terrace, from 11 a.m. sun. My accommodation is good for adventurers traveling alone. I am communicative and wait for guests. We have the right and the kitchen together. Washing possible € 5 including detergent.

Balconyroom with bed 1,40m x 2m. The Room is light and comfortably furnished. It's the favourite Room for single Travellers. A wooden floor and dekorative stuck ceiling and the antique furniture gives the Room a special Note. In Summer it's a real enrichment to site on the Balcony with a nice veuw oposite. An interesting neigbourhod with their beautyful mansions, Cafes and Restaurants are to see.
