Next to the bathroom and the kitchen is a room with 25 m2, equipped with a double bed and a sofa bed. Washer and dryer are available in other rooms of the house. From the windows you see in the bog meadow. One looks only to the green, but 'two-minute walk to mittendrin' Dammtorbahnhof, 3 minutes walk to the Alster, directly adjacent to the hotel' Grand Elysee ', where you can use the spa area with swimming pool or in the evening meet in the various restaurants. Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
