Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ascona

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit am Comer See ❤️ Die Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. In der Küche gibt es alles, um ein leckeres Essen zubereiten zu können. Das absolute Highlight ist der Ausblick von den beiden Balkonen! Der Comer See ist einfach wunderschön! Das Apartment liegt in Brenzio: ein kleines Dorf mit großem Charme! Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass die Straßen sehr eng sind. Da braucht man etwas Mut und Übung, wenn das Auto größer als ein Fiat Panda ist :D Es gibt aber genug Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe – man muss dann eben nur ein paar Meter durch das schöne Dörfchen laufen. Die Pizzeria im Ort sollte man unbedingt besuchen! Herzlichen Dank für das tolle Apartment und die schöne Zeit! Wir kommen gerne wieder ❤️

Perfect Airbnb for couples. Neatly organized and cleaned. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Location is 10min from the lake and 2mins from a busstop, which brings you to the city in no time. Great experience overall, including the highlight of the sauna. Easy to handle and Airbnb has everything you need. Just be aware the kitchen is limited, and yet stocked enough for cooking delicious meals. Also, there is expensive parking close by. Little secret: There is a parking lot in Minusio (Remorino) for ~6.- per day, accessible by bus directly from the Airbnb ;)

Super logement à proximité de Menaggio, mais loin de l’agitation touristique. La vue du logement est imprenable et petit plus pour la piscine. L’appartement est très bien équipé et Paola réactive. Rien à redire :)

Posizione scomoda da trovare, avrei preferito qualche indicazione in più in modo tale da poter fare il check-in in totale autonomia. Ad ogni modo l’aiuto richiesto è stato tempestivo, quindi ottimo. Appartamento ben fornito e pulito. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente colpiti dalla sauna e dalla vasca idromassaggio, anch’essi molto puliti. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno!

J’ai passé un agréable séjour, environnement agréable et paisible. Le studio est très confortable, Béatrice est prévenante, réactive et sympathique 🙂. Le seul petit bémol c’est la circulation le matin et le soir avec les frontaliers qui passent par là. Sinon il y a tout à proximité même sans voiture vous pouvez facilement tout trouver et la gare est juste à côté.

Very nice and cozy stay with great views over the lake como right from the bedroom. The apartment is spacious and it has a sauna. We loved the stay. Parking is available at the property however is very narrow to get inside the parking (but We got used to it in the end) with a big car can be a challenge. Overall 5 stars stay. It is well worth to stay here.

Logement propre, rangé, confortable et avec tout le nécessaire. Il est placé dans un coin extrêmement paisible, ce qui est très agréable. Il y a un restaurant juste à côté et une petite échoppe juste à deux pas du logement. C'est idéal. Et pour se déplacer aux autres villages et points d'intérêts du Lac de Côme, le port à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. Merci encore à Mariapia et à Daniela pour l'accueil, la disponibilité et les petits conseils pour notre séjour !

Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, da auch geeignet, wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und besonders gefallen hat uns die gute Ausstattung mit vielen praktischen Details (Steckdosen, Lampen, Schuhschränke, Garderobe usw.). Wir waren mit dem ÖV unterwegs und in kurzer Distanz zur Wohnung fährt jede halbe Stunde der Bus Nr. 311 nach Locarno, das war für uns sehr praktisch. Und die Aussicht auf den See ist wirklich sehr schön!

Alina was a great host! She was very responsive and provided a very detailed and helpful guide to Lake Como. We did the hike she recommended down to Perledo square and it was a lovely 20 minute walk/hike. She also provided a list of taxis which evidently are difficult to get in Lake Como! We used Ivan whom Alina recommended and he was always responsive and available for most of our requests. As for the apartment itself, it was INCREDIBLE!!! The views are so breathtaking!! The apartment is modern and very clean. It is also so peaceful and relaxing sitting on the patio. Thank you, Alina, for an unforgettable experience!

Der Empfang durch Katja war sehr herzlich und sie war auch sehr hilfsbereit, da wir schon am Morgen unser Gepäck bei der Wohnung deponieren durften, was uns sehr geholfen hat. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation äusserst angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, etwas oberhalb aber doch nicht zu weit oben. Das es in der Wohnung sehr heiss war, lag klar am Wetter und nicht an den Vermietern ;-). Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Wir waren über das Auffahrtswochenende in der Wohnung. Leider war Graziella selber im Urlaub aber mit den vielen Nachrichten hat alles super geklappt. Wir waren eine halbe Stunde früher als geplant und der Schlüssel war am abgemachten Ort. Das Zimmer war sauber und wie beschrieben alles vorhanden. Ivo haben wir am anderen Tag auch noch gesehen, er war sehr freundlich und gab auch noch Tipps. Am Sonntag haben wir eine Stunde später das Zimmer verlassen wie abgesprochen. Es war eine angenehme Zeit. Recht herzlichen Dank

Oktober 2024, 2 Personen Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dieser schönen, gepflegten Wohnung gefühlt. Sie ist hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet. 2 gleichwertige tolle Schlafzimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten und Qualitätsbettwäsche. Sehr großzügiger Essplatz,auch zum Arbeiten geeignet, super Internet durchgängig. Traumhafter Blick vom schönen Balkon und aus einem der Schlafzimmer. Diese Wohnung ist einfach TOP! Schöne, ruhige Umgebung und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum See und zur Promenade. Brigitte ist ein sympathischer, aufmerksamer Host und hilft, wo sie kann. Wichtig ist, auf die Eincheck und Auscheck-Zeiten zu achten und ein paar Regeln, dann kannst du hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbringen.

Klare Empfehlung! Sehr schöne Wohnung, stilvoll eingerichtet. Nicht nur das nötigste sondern alles was man braucht. Top! Materialien sehr gut was die Böden etc. betrifft und das SPA ist seeeeehr toll. Alles alles sehr qualitativ und wunderschön. Der Hund hat sogar ein Willkommenspaket erhalten 😍 Jederzeit wieder

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Andrin. Mehr als diese Aussicht vom Balkon braucht man eigentlich nicht, aber auch der Rest der Wohnung ist schön und gut eingerichtet. Bis bald hoffentlich!

Mein Mann und ich waren schon mehrfach am Comer See, doch nur hier gibt es diesen einzigartigen Ausblick Richtung Bellagio! 🥰 Die Wohnung selbst ist toll ausgestattet, der Balkon sehr groß und die Möglichkeit einen Pool oder das Jacuzzi zu nutzen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Andrea und Carla waren immer für Fragen ansprechbar und die Restauranttipps waren prima! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of this place for four days. Everything spotless - and with all amenities. House sits in a private park with a couple of other houses. True paradise - we would love to come again. You can walk down to the lago - though ended up taking the car most of the time to get to restaurants. A couple of very nice ones in the area - Riva/Shaka (beach club vibe), Osteria Vairano (magnificent view), Rodolfo (excellent local cuisine)

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and beautifully renovated home! The space is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, and the kitchen was well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the lovely jasmine scent that greeted us each time we came in, adding a relaxing and fresh touch. The outdoor area is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully set up for relaxing in the evening. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away yet close to so many things to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely return!

Super séjour avec une magnifique vue sur le lac de Lugano. La terrasse est bien équipée et offre de vrais moments reposants en bord de lac. La piscine est encore plus belle qu’en photo!

Vi havde et superhyggeligt ophold i Markos dejlige hus. Meget rent og velforsynet. Der er ikke så meget sjæl i lokalområdet og få og ikke så indbydende restauranter men vi tog småture til fx Lago Maggiore og der er mange små hyggelige byer. Arona er også et besøg værd. Vi kan virkelig anbefale Markos hus. Tak for opholdet, Marko.

La maison de Jenny & Yvan est idéale pour passer quelques jours paisibles et se ressourcer. Belles promenades possibles au départ de la maison, nature environnante est magnifique. La gare de Camedo est à 8 minutes en voiture. Nous en avons profité et fait toute la vallée du Centovalli jusqu'à Domodossola en train, la vue est spectaculaire.

Sara is the best host I've ever encountered. Her house is beautiful and the setting is stunning. But, much more than that, Sara's attention, care and kindness were remarkable. She did all the things a good host does, but also went above and beyond to make our stay very special - including welcome pastries and a even a custom cake for a birthday we were celebrating! Truly exceptional.

A really beautiful and well-appointed home in Ticino - I look forward to possibly staying at other places of Do-Minus in the future. The included breakfast was lovely. We cooked in the kitchen the night before and it has everything one needs. Making a fire in the kitchen was cozy - the kitchen was a bit cold in the morning (0 degrees Celsius outside) but the rest of the house was very warm. The hot tub was great - I would note that in cold weather the sauna may not get warm enough and it is only made for two people at max.
