Centrally located, everything important can be reached within minutes. Good connection to traffic and public transport with nearby bus stop, yet very quiet. On foot, you can reach the center of Ascona in 10 minutes. The additional fees include the mandatory Tourist taxes included. At the moment there is a construction site at the entrance, which does not cause any noise. Unfortunately, there are no PP on the premises, but paid public blue zones are nearby.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
