Spacious 4 1/2 room apartment with 98sqm space

Centrally located, everything important can be reached within a few minutes. Good connection to the traffic and public transport with nearby bus stop, nevertheless very quiet. On foot, you can reach the center of Ascona in 10 minutes. In the additional fees, these are obligatory. Tourist taxes included. Please be sure to follow the check-in instructions via app or Airbnb website, all information incl. Pictures can be seen there. Unfortunately, there are no PPs available on the premises, but there are public blue zones nearby for a fee.
