The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

A very nice place, Markus is always available and very helpful. The place is nice and stylishly furnished, the views are breathtaking. The location of the house is very great, as it has an even more beautiful and unforgettable view over Lake Maggiore and is in a very pleasantly quiet area. Markus is very nice and was happy to help us with the arrival and departure times, as we were on vacation with a baby; he had complete understanding of this. In the accommodation itself, there were great magazines to read and a folder and several brochures that provided information about possible activities in the area. In addition, everything was well described in the folder (garbage disposal, operating instructions, regulations for departure, etc.). We can only recommend the accommodation, thanks for the hospitality!

Very spacious, sparkling clean house with very comfortable beds. Located halfway up the Mottarone - surrounded by nature overlooking Lake Orta. Armeno is the nearest town with some nice little shops for buying Italian delicacies. Giacomo is the jewel of Casa Mottarone - he is helpful and super fast when needed.

Johannas is the most wonderful Airbnb host. His detailed instructions, warmth, and generosity made my stay on Lake Como so positive. As for the villa, what a perfect base for exploring all the lake has to offer. The views are magical, the bed is comfortable, and it’s close to bus stops. Travelling alone, Johannas’ home felt safe and secure. I hope to return one day! Thank you again. I can’t recommend this Airbnb enough!

Very nice house with all the amenities you need. An incredible view of the lake and all this in a very quiet environment where you can hear the birds singing. We even saw fireflies at night, which made this place even more magical. The house is very well equipped. There's just no oven, just a microwave, which wasn't a problem for us. The beds were all very comfortable and the air conditioning is definitely a plus because it was quite hot when we were there. The car is highly recommended, however, because everything is sloping and, with children, we were not able to get to the various places on foot. Simona was really lovely and very responsive. We'll be happy to go back and recommend the place!

Debora gave us a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable right away. But that wasn't hard with the great views and the beautiful property. Debora gave us many tips for things to do and see as well as local gastronomy - that was very helpful. She was very eager to respond to our concerns as quickly as possible. Everything was also perfectly prepared for our 11-month-old baby. What was not clear to us in advance was that the room on the upper floor has no door. Required special attention with the baby, but was no longer a problem. The house is also brightly lit. Snoring from below and baby crying from above was clearly audible in both directions. But that's not a problem if you stand close😉.

A beautiful villa on Lake Maggiore with a pool and many outdoor possibilities in the garden. The host was very accommodating, which we greatly appreciated. We were 11 adults and had enough room for everyone. Unfortunately, access to the lake is only possible by car in 10 minutes. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Beautiful home and even better view of the lake and surround towns. Really what we wanted to get a relaxing yet fun experience. Would definitely come again and highly suggest for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Our family loved staying with Sonya and Simone. Five stars is not enough. They welcomed us with beer, wine, and food and we instantly felt right at home. The breakfast they served was amazing and they worked with our schedule. They even went above and beyond and mended our four year olds toy. On top of that, there was really unique art and themes throughout the Airbnb that made the place truly unique. I highly recommend staying here.

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

If I could give more stars I would. Me and my family loved it here, the photos do not do it justice at all. It’s absolutely stunning. It was clean, comfortable and just as described. We rented car and easily got to restaurants near by and the ferry. If we had questions we got prompt answers. Wonderful stay,

We had a fantastic week’s stay in the Villa. The outdoor area are even better in person than they were in the pictures. It is set in a brilliant location, where we could get to the ferry station with a 20 minute walk. Stefania was a wonderful host. They checked in to make sure everything was ok and responded very promptly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend

Super nice cottage with great views over Lake Maggiore!The kitchen was well furnished, there were even many spices! Top 3 bedrooms each with its own toilet and double sink and shower!Shower detergent had been there too! We felt very comfortable! You can also take beautiful walks and visit beautiful restaurant on foot! We were able to check in early and check out later too! Christoph was a great host ! Will be back for sure!

We stayed there for 3 nights, the location is perfect for relaxation and recreation. The house was sparkling clean and superbly equipped. The owner always responded quickly and very kindly to the messages. Bed linens, dishes, towels all clean and comfortable. Villa Giorgio was a little paradise, thank you!
