Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ticino

Perfect Airbnb for couples. Neatly organized and cleaned. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Location is 10min from the lake and 2mins from a busstop, which brings you to the city in no time. Great experience overall, including the highlight of the sauna. Easy to handle and Airbnb has everything you need. Just be aware the kitchen is limited, and yet stocked enough for cooking delicious meals. Also, there is expensive parking close by. Little secret: There is a parking lot in Minusio (Remorino) for ~6.- per day, accessible by bus directly from the Airbnb ;)

The surroundings with the view look very nice and the pools have delighted us. The path on foot from the village center is steep, with stairs faster but exhausting. But with very nice views. We loved the stay and the provider was accommodating with all the information we needed.

Had a pleasant stay, pleasant and peaceful environment. The studio is very comfortable, Béatrice is considerate, responsive and friendly🙂. The only downside is traffic in the mornings and evenings with the border crossers passing by. Otherwise there is everything nearby even without a car you can easily find everything and the train station is right next door.

Our stay at Regula's apartment was perfect all around. The apartment is well equipped and the direct lakeside location is fantastic. Regula is a super friendly host. We enjoyed the stay very much and will definitely be back.

La Gioia, and that's what you get. It was an absolute joy to stay at this place, from beginning to the end. The host, Andreas, was very friendly, flexible and welcoming. You can feel how much passion and appreciation he has for this gem. The property is absolutely majestic, offers pristine views on Lago Maggiore, modern amenities, but with a classical italian flair. Everywhere you can find small little details that show how thought was put into this place. Simply arriving at this place is already an experience in itself. We spent an absolutely lovely birthday weekend there with my wife. Couldn't wish for more! We will gladly be coming back, it is a perfect place, not just in the summer, but also in winter.

The apartment is fantastically located right on the water. In the annex, there is a sensational indoor pool that has recently been completely renovated, we were happy to use this offer. There was enough space for us 4 people in the apartment, but it only has a very narrow bathroom which would be unpleasant for us with an occupancy of 6/7 people. The apartment is recommended. Andrea was always easily accessible and very friendly!

Hosts were VERY responsive at any time of day. Space is great for two people, or for a family with older children. Unfortunately not very convenient for anyone with a lot of luggage or stroller. Too many stairs to climb up with all your things. We later discovered that we could take an elevator from the lower garage in the complex (located next to their swimming pool inside) and take the elevator to the second floor. Wish we knew about that option when we checked in- would’ve made our lives a lot easier( but there were still a few steps either way to have to lug all of your things up). But for anyone that is traveling light, this place is great for you. Located next to train station. Just be aware that it is up high, so you will be walking uphill and downhill to get to anything/ anywhere- which was very tough for us with all of our luggage and small child in stroller. All in all the space was pleasant and what we were looking for - aside for the issue with stairs and uphill from everyt

It was great. A really nice little apartment with everything you need. Clean and fresh towels/sheets. Gerda is super warm and so helpful. The apartment is in a great location, Locarno and the lake is within walking distance and otherwise the bus runs right outside the house. We will be happy to come back!

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

October 2024, 2 people We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, well-kept apartment. It is high quality and fully equipped. 2 equivalent great bedrooms with very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Very spacious dining area, also suitable for working, great Internet throughout. Fantastic view from the beautiful balcony and from one of the bedrooms. This apartment is just GREAT! Beautiful, quiet surroundings and just a few minutes' walk to the lake and promenade. Brigitte is a friendly, attentive host and helps where she can. It is important to pay attention to the check-in and check-out times and a few rules, then you can spend a fantastic vacation here.

We were in the apartment over the long weekend. Unfortunately, Graziella herself was on vacation but with the many messages everything worked out great. We were half an hour earlier than planned and the key was at the agreed location. The room was clean and as described everything was available. We also saw Ivo the other day, he was very friendly and also gave tips. On Sunday, we left the room an hour later as agreed. It was a pleasant time. Thank you very much

We had a wonderful stay at Andrin's place. You don't actually need more than this view from the balcony, but also the rest of the apartment is nice and well decorated. See you soon, hopefully!

If you have a place with the best value for money in Lugano, it's this apartment. Excellent location, ground floor with a little garden where you can dry clothes. Antonio is a great host, very attentive and concerned. The house was clean and tidy. We were even welcomed by a couple of Brazilians. It's been an excellent 3 weeks.

Great place to stay, especially for activities around Monte Tamaro! Contact with Claudia was great and friendly. The highlight for us was certainly the admission to the Splash&Spa. We'll be back for sure!

We had a fantastic stay at this charming and beautifully renovated home! The space is stylishly furnished with great attention to detail, and the kitchen was well equipped. One of our favorite parts was the lovely jasmine scent that greeted us each time we came in, adding a relaxing and fresh touch. The outdoor area is a true highlight — peaceful and beautifully set up for relaxing in the evening. It’s a hidden gem, tucked away yet close to so many things to do in the area. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely return!

We, a family of five, had an amazing time at Goffredo’s place. His place is perfect, well-maintained, offers everything for a family and Goffredo even shared vegetables from his one garden with us. Perfect location, perfect host, highly recommended.

Wow! Words can’t even describe how beautiful this place was. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spotlessly clean, fresh linen and towels, free use of the kitchen and utensils and the balcony was to die for. We had the whole house to ourselves, it’s so big and spacious! It had a laundry room too which was helpful. Space to park a car which is kind of needed as it is in a remote spot but that’s what makes it so peaceful! However you can walk to the nearest town and there are buses and trains nearby so it’s not 100% necessary to have a car. Esther was an amazing host and responded so quickly to any of our questions. And for the price, I couldn’t believe it! If you have the pleasure of staying here you will love it!

Nice house in the quite village of Aranno. Free parking is a 2 min walk away. We enjoyed chilling in the spacious garden in the evening. The two Queen beds are a bit small but can still accommodate 4 people without much difficulty.

Check in and check out via the key box was very easy and flexible. The house and the property offer everything that was stated in the description. All the space was clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils. Fridge-freezer and freezer have plenty of space. The view from the kitchen, living room and both bedrooms, as well as from the garden to the lake is breathtakingly beautiful. We would book the property again anytime.

Great little cottage with a spectacular view of Lago Maggiore. We didn't think it was too hard too find, the instructions provided where excellent. Great place to be in Nature while still being close to Italy (30 min to Cannobio) and Ascona (15 min) if you want to go out in town. We also highly recommend the hike uo to Pizza Leone if you are staying here, absolutely breathtaking hike and you can start it right from La Pastorella.

Beautiful location in the magical valley. Was absolutely perfect for us as a couple with a car (though well connected with bus too). Very peaceful & perfectly equipped. So wonderful to have a sauna too! It was the escape we needed, highly recommend. Sparkling clean and set up for comfort. Thank you very much!
