I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well maintained, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I look forward to visiting again.

We stayed 2 nights and they were excellent for resting. Tetè was always very kind, as was Dino. We will definitely return to Buzios to stay in the same place.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

Location close to everything .. market, pharmacy, restaurants for all tastes and budgets. Nothing to complain about, perfect whelks as I imagined. We left the car at the door and went to several places On foot, we only took it to leave, everything was close and it was worth the amount we paid. We combine the useful with the pleasant! For a couple without children, it's super recommended! We'll be back for sure!

Mr. Diel was very helpful, polite, quick to assist us and answer all our questions, and also gave us several useful tips and information... I also want to put on record the education of all the employees who work in the building, especially the doormen, a simplicity and charisma that is almost no longer seen.... I'll definitely come back....

Very good space. Great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial downtown, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings, the location is very good. Thank you and I will always come back. If you want to go for a walk, it's a very quick drive from Pontal beach to enjoy the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio day and night (a tip, these 2)

It is perfectly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, not to miss our house. The beds are super comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and the decor, with a warm and cozy touch, made us feel right at home. Also, the facilities are modern and quality which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just 200 meters from Rua das Pedras and with access to transportation right at the gate of the complex. I highly recommend this beautiful place without any hesitation. We had a problem with the car and he was super attentive to let us leave only after solving our problem. He always responded promptly. Super recommended!

The house is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, the cook Neuza is very helpful and has a wonderful temper, the location is more than perfect! The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
