Exactly what we were looking for. The Caravelas beach is a few meters from the house and is beautiful, with little movement of people and has a restaurant that surprised us positively. But it is important to be aware: the sea is quite agitated (it had a red flag every day). It is also possible to visit both the beaches of Cabo Frio and Buzios, since the condominium is "halfway". I stayed with my family (2 adults with 2 children under 4 and 1 year old), and the place was very comfortable for us. The cabin complies with everything reported by the host (whom we thank for his continuous willingness to answer our questions), and its location is easily accessible on foot (Buzios has a fairly diverse topography, but access to the cabin, and from it to the nearby beaches is quite simple compared to the surroundings). In addition, you can walk to places of dispersion. Nearby there are all kinds of options for eating and shopping, etc., and if you need transportation, there is also public transportation 100 meters away. Seu Mauricio is by far the best host you can have : attentive, proactive, kind... It made my group , which included two children and a small dog, feel at home. It took care of us and all the details of the house for us. The house is very close to the beach of Peró , so it is possible to have the leisure perfectly without a car, even with chairs, cooler and kkk children The house is extremely equipped and serves a family with children and an animal as was our case. There are wi-fi running in every room, the showers are great, barbecue. Both the street that gives access to the house and the surroundings are very quiet. To stay in the accommodation of your Mauricio is to stay in the calm of deserved vacations.

it was all more than expected, I attend this condominium for 5 years. It was the first time I rented the 4-bedroom house. What most caught our attention was the cleaning when we arrived. the smell of a clean and fresh environment. we ended up combining to leave a little later and we paid a small fee at which I found it fair. but we went beyond the time. the same on some complained or nothing. Super recommend, especially for those who have children!

The location is great! 5 minutes from Geriba Beach! The house is very nice and cozy!! Our Pet loved going there for the second time! I believe that some details need a little improvement, the TV in the living room unfortunately we did not use it because it had a stain on the screen, the living room fan also this time presented a noise that seemed to be loose, good that the air conditioning was working perfectly! And unfortunately the water filter gallon was empty! We had to go out at night to buy water! And the lack of flexibility to extend the checkout time, in which we had to leave at the exact time.

The place met expectations and the host was kind and available. The location is excellent for those who like to visit Geribá beach and the rooms are spacious. I only didn't give a perfect score because we had some setbacks in relation to maintenance (lack of water for 12 hours due to a problem with the pump, lock of one of the loose suites and water leakage under two sinks), but which were resolved as far as possible. So we rate it as an 8 or 9.

Great stay! Wonderful house, great rooms with everything you need, air conditioning, sheets, pillows… everything really clean. House with privacy, great for rest and leisure.
