100% recommended! The best view from the balcony, the sunsets, listening to the sound of the sea at night is priceless. The apartment is clean, with the services as described and Guto always responding immediately! I would definitely come back.

Perfect, in all aspects, the accommodation excellent, from the reception we were super well received, by the receptionist Andreza, Silvia a unique person who responds and guides us quickly, Louise a blessed and attentive person, the duplex wonderful, an incredible view, a comfort that does not need to be better, it has everything you need to enjoy great days in Búzios, I highly recommend it and God willing we will return

Beautiful inn, better than in the photos, 10 out of 10, everything is very clean and organized. We loved it, very close to downtown and the Rodoviaria. We did all our activities on foot, we would definitely come back. 100% recommended.

No wonder this was our third stay with Luciana. It probably won't be the last. The apartment is very clean, fragrant, super well-equipped with everything we need (and more). Located extremely close (within walking distance) to Orla Bardot and Rua das Pedras, which makes it a lot easier. We easily found restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores nearby. It is also very easy to walk to some beaches, including some beautiful ones (Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes).

Had a great stay! What a beautiful and cozy place! With clear and objective instructions, it was very easy to get there and get used to the place. We will definitely be back! It far exceeded our expectations

Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. We had very pleasant days at the house: the view is breathtaking (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well maintained, the leisure area is super functional with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We were able to stay comfortably: air-conditioning worked properly, the shower was good and hot, and we made good use of the kitchen and other areas of the house. The highlight of everything was the service provided by the hostess/homemaker Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We didn't notice any major disadvantages in the house except that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not-so-recent construction). It is worth noting that, although the house is super close to the beaches of Geribá and Ferradura (about 5-10 minutes by car), its location high up makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is impeccable, everything is wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a backyard, which was perfect for our dogs. It has a market and restaurant next door and is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very attentive, in addition to having left treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The house is in a very well located and safe condominium. Close to the beach and shopping. Good parking and safe condominium. The condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. Our stay was great, I would come back again! Very attentive host. Super easy check-in and check-out. Thank you for the period.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very friendly!
