Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Armação dos Búzios

i was surprised by the property, excellent place to rest and have your laser, very comfortable and spacious, pleased the whole family and we are sure to return to enjoy other moments. i thank Thadeu for the attention of Thadeu and all the proactivity and attention of Caseiro Curio. My congratulations on all the points that made my holiday amazing!

It exceeded expectations!! High-end house, new, well-maintained and designed to benefit guests with comfort and a stunning view. It has 4 refrigerated suites, with queen beds and closets. It also has a small office, with good facilities and a particularly well-equipped and modern kitchen. The living space is spectacular, with a large TV and dining room, infinity pool, whirlpool, sauna, barbecue and even some treats, such as a beer maker, wine cellar and Nespresso coffee machine. Everything working perfectly! The location is excellent, in a safe condominium, on the right side of Geribá with direct beach access (foot in the sand). Andressa, the house assistant, is very special! Cool, discreet, helpful and available, as well as being a great cook. She certainly made all the difference in our stay! Juliana is a very attentive and present host, always taking care of everything to make the stay special. We'll be back for sure!

Beautiful house, everything is clean and organized, the location is wonderful and the host is attentive and willing to solve any situation. I highly recommend it.

The house is exceptional, as advertised. Very clean and organized place. It has all the necessary utensils. Maurício the caretaker is very proactive. Veronica and Katia help with cleaning and cooking meals, very well by the way. They made the stay similar to a hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable, everything working well, sauna, swimming pool, barbecue, shower heating, hot tub, etc. The house even offers some beach items, such as a cooler and chairs.

The house is very comfortable, everything was very clean, impeccable bathrooms and everything working. I was greeted by Vava, who was extremely kind and recommended a great kitchen helper, Cileide, who helped us a lot. The walk to the beach is quiet and it was a very pleasant weekend.

Excellent house between Manguinhos and Geriba . Easy access to both beaches on foot. Tasteful and well-organized house. The host was responsive and available. Sunset at Porto da Barra is the highlight of the stay. Pool and barbecue grill close the package of attractions.

We loved stay at Marilene’s house, it was peaceful, comfortable and we enjoyed. We loved Joice ( recommended by Marilene) she prepared our delicious meals , and helped us to enjoy the house and our time in Búzios. I would 💯 recommend the airbnb and Joice’s services!! We can’t wait to come back to Brazil and visit Búzios again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was even better than the photos, very comfortable and had a stunning view! We encountered an issue with the water heater, but this was handled quickly. Silvana, who lives on the property, was absolutely amazing. She helped give us recommendations, and set up breakfast each day. Our stay was extra special due to her attention to detail and her patience with my terrible portuguese. We appreciated her very much! We highly recommend!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Most amazing AirBnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying!! Incredible views from the terrace and inside, home is spectacular with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Bryce and Adriana were very kind, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house manager Fabio was extremely helpful! Location is central and walkable to many beaches and great restaurants. Highly recommend this home for your stay, hope to visit again☺️☺️

The house is fantastic, the condominium is very quiet and safe. The location of the house allows easy access to Búzios and the beaches of the region that are great for rest and leisure. The house is impeccable with very good decorative taste and very comfortable facilities. Anyway, we love our stay at Pili's house without counting on its warmth and easy communication. We will definitely return.

Located a 3 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Búzios (João Fernandes), a spacious house that already has several utensils and amenities (ping pong, chessboard, barbecue, etc), pleasant condominium with swimming pool. By car, it is reasonably near Rua das Pedras (about 10 minutes). Highlight for the 3 parking spaces available in the condominium. We had great family days in this accommodation! Great option for those who are in large groups and want pleasant days, with few concerns and options for activities even in the event of rain.

What a beautiful and magical place! I've never seen anything so beautiful. Because we were at Pontal do Atalaia, we had some trouble with food, so my tip is to go up with water and things from the market. Access there is difficult, but we ordered iFood and it arrived, but for breakfast the first day we had nothing and the second day we were able to buy! So, you'll be prepared. But nothing that would take away the charm and beauty of the place, a perfect stay, I would come back a thousand times!!!
