We had great days staying at Rômulo's accommodation, cozy atmosphere, super clean and with all necessary utensils, the house is also well located with easy access to several beaches. The host was super communicative and attentive, he also pointed us to great tours that we enjoyed a lot! And in the end we still got super cute souvenirs from Arraial, a 10!

The host is very friendly, she always responded promptly to our questions. We enjoyed the place. We would recommend warning people to bring mosquito repellent for those who do not consider it a priority.

Excellent accommodation! We were greeted by Enil, who was super friendly, attentive and very warm. She was always attentive so that we didn't miss anything. They were flexible with the arrival, as we arrived before check-in time and they had no problem. The accommodation for 2 is spectacular, very complete, comfortable, ultra clean, smells very good and the kitchen has no stove but Enil lent us an electric one that we used very well. At night there may be some annoying mosquitoes, at least at this time (May), but with a little repellent it is solved. The neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet and close to everything, in 10-15 minutes you can walk everywhere. The air conditioning has an extra cost but it was not necessary at all, with the ceiling fan it was perfect. They also provide you with bottles of mineral water, at an extra cost, but it saves you from having to go and buy them. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

Great stay! We needed to call maintenance twice for minor repairs and they were super quick to resolve the request. Great service at check-in and during the stay. The breakfast included in the stay was a bonus, which was not clear at the time of booking. Super satisfied!!!

Excellent accommodation, very well located on the main avenue, which allowed you to take the bus meters from the entrance of the inn. It is also very accessible on foot, you have beaches nearby and the center 15/20 min walk. The area is quiet for walking at any time. The facilities of the place were very comfortable, and when we were welcomed they helped us with a lot of directions about the place and local activities. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the space is very quiet and the hosts were super attentive, always willing to clarify our doubts. We received valuable tips for boat and buggy rides at a great price, which made our trip even better. I highly recommend it!

Great Loft! Air conditioning works well both upstairs and downstairs, excellent location, with easy access to the beaches and downtown Búzios. Alejandro was very helpful and always responded quickly, including frequent maintenance in the apartment. It has a total of 4 fans in the room, in addition to the air conditioning, as well as a huge window that helps a lot with ventilation! I will definitely return one day!!

The area is very quiet, 10 minutes from downtown (Rua das Piedras). Ana and her daughter are available if you need anything. It has everything you need to stay, although it has a fan in the room, it is not enough. It should have air conditioning because of the heat.

The place is very comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. We stayed because we wanted to spend more time on the beach and the location of the place is excellent, since you are a five minute walk from where the boat taxis leave.
