I highly recommend it! Very cozy house! Everything is very clean and well maintained, you can see that the house is well cared for. There is a beach at the end of the street that is practically private, the place is very quiet, there is a town nearby (Monte Alto) where there are markets, a bakery, shops, to buy everything you need. Great experience! I highly recommend it, and I look forward to visiting again.

We stayed 2 nights and they were excellent for resting. Tetè was always very kind, as was Dino. We will definitely return to Buzios to stay in the same place.

The house is very cozy, it's beautiful! Amanda was essential, I had difficulty finding it because it was night, and she helped me, I also had problems with the remote control battery and she made sure to send an employee to deliver new ones so that I wouldn't miss my series and listen to music on the television. I will definitely come back

The house is exactly like the advertised, we feel at home, the space is very local face, ideal for those who want to stay in touch with nature. We love the stay and the friendliness of the host Thanks for the coffee, it made all the difference. We will return more often for sure.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfortable. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including benches to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls by car, about 10 min. I found it great value for money.

We love the loft, very clean and organized hotel comfort, great staff, with an apartment hotel price. Very comfortable, great bedding, good kitchen utensils, also good. It was worth every day and with a great price.

The apartment is gorgeous, well decorated with two smartvs and several amenities. Arrival instructions are clear. The condominium is excellent, with a beautiful pool. The porter is helpful and nice. It was a great experience for my family.

The apartment itself is charming, with a decor that conveys that homely and cozy atmosphere. Very well-equipped with everything we need and more. Not to mention that you can put the hammock on the balcony and relax listening to the waves of the sea at night Excellent location, just one block from the beach, there is a small handicraft fair on the next street, a restaurant with wonderful food, supermarket nearby. Mr. Diel was very helpful, polite, quick to assist us and answer all our questions, and also gave us several useful tips and information... I also want to put on record the education of all the employees who work in the building, especially the doormen, a simplicity and charisma that is almost no longer seen.... I'll definitely come back....

Very good space. Great pool, close to Cabo Frio and Arraial downtown, but if you want you can just stay, but as I like to explore the surroundings, the location is very good. Thank you and I will always come back. If you want to go for a walk, it's a very quick drive from Pontal beach to enjoy the neighborhood of Passagem in Cabo Frio day and night (a tip, these 2)

Silvio was super receptive to us, we arrived earlier than expected and he allowed us to check in early. The apartment was super clean, the appliances were all new, the bed was very comfortable. We'll be back for sure! It was a great experience. Super friendly and solicitous hosts.

Our hosting with Valmir and Fatima was excellent! From the moment we closed with them, they have always shown a lot of attention. We gave us recommendations for tours, nearby locations! The atmosphere of the apartment is excellent, close to many shops, it is very nice. I highly recommend it .

I had the pleasure of staying with my husband and our 6 year old daughter from 22/3 to 1/4/25, and I can only thank you for the wonderful experience. From the first moment, Sergio and Beatriz stood out for their kindness and attention. Always willing to help us with any questions or recommendations about the area, they made us feel welcome and cared for. The apartment is simply spectacular. It is perfectly equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, not to miss our house. The beds are super comfortable, the cleanliness is impeccable and the decor, with a warm and cozy touch, made us feel right at home. Also, the facilities are modern and quality which made our experience even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, just 200 meters from Rua das Pedras and with access to transportation right at the gate of the complex. I highly recommend this beautiful place without any hesitation. We'll definitely be back!

the accommodation was amazing! the space of the place is wonderful and very beautiful. It's a great place to gather people and rest. Victor was always very helpful. We had a problem with the car and he was super attentive to let us leave only after solving our problem. He always responded promptly. Super recommended!

We spent great days as a family. The house is extremely pleasant, very ventilated, foot in the sand, as well as being beautiful. We've been taken care of in everything we need. The beach is very quiet, great for those who like a good walk, with warm sea water. we love the stay!

The house is just wonderful! The maintenance is impeccable, the location and view are amazing. The kitchen is super well equipped, making the stay even more comfortable. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our trip. We took a boat trip in Arraial, and it was just amazing! On other days, we chose to make the most of the house and the condominium's private lagoon. The house is so cozy that we preferred to spend most of the time relaxing by the pool, barbecuing and enjoying the tranquility. The condominium also has a bakery and restaurant/pizzeria, providing more convenience. Franco is an exceptional host, always attentive, available and very kind. He gave us great tips about the area, making our experience even more special. We can't wait to go back!
