We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Near the condominium there is a pharmacy, restaurants, a small supermarket and a great snack bar (Sukão) easily accessible at 60 meters. The suite faces Armação beach, and you sleep with a view of the sea. When you leave the gate, you are already on the beach. The suite is equipped with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning, TV, stove and refrigerator!

Um lugar calmo e pitoresco onde você estara bem proximo a lojas, restaurantes, bares, boates e praias incríveis. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.
