Very nice place, too bad we didn't stay longer to enjoy it more

Very nice apartment. It feels very private despite being attached to a main house. We had no inconvenience for you. It is located on top of a hill, which is normal in Buzios. I recommend getting around by Uber or renting a vehicle. The distance from the apartment to Rua das Pedras on foot is 12 minutes, very close and safe. The hosts have beautiful cats and dogs, as well as a rooster, which give the place a very cozy touch. Louie the host was attentive and timely at all times to our concerns and needs. I would only recommend adding a washing machine for people who have a long stay, as was our case. In short, a nice place, private and cozy. I highly recommend it.

A luxury!! You have everything you need for a family vacation. We went with my wife and two kids. The location is excellent, steps from Rua das Pedras, Orla Bardot and with easy access (we took Uber) to all the beaches of Buzios. Very safe place!! Luiza was always attentive to everything. The apartment's patio is really enjoyable. Highly recommended!! We'll be back.

The place is very nice and impeccable, it's even better than the photos! Not to mention Paulo, who was a sweetheart, he was super attentive to making sure we were comfortable, he gave us recommendations for eating, going out, parking, going to the beach, etc. We'll definitely be back!

Exactly as in the pictures. Well-located apartment, clean and with all the structure for the stay. Lucas welcomed us very warmly and was very helpful. We'll be back more often.

Nice spacious apartment the view alone is stellar close enough to walk into center but Ubers work just fine as well. Zero complaints. Allowed later checkout on a rainy day was nice of host

The accommodation is just as described or better. The host greeted us when we arrived and responded immediately to all messages. The place is a very nice gated condominium, very well organized and safe. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best part is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

I really enjoyed my stay at this listing. The house is very nice, cozy and tastefully decorated. What I liked the most was the kitchen: spacious, comfortable and perfect for cooking in peace. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back.

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Patricia and her husband were super helpful, they welcomed us almost at dawn due to the traffic we got caught in. Because we arrived very late, Patricia gave us two more bonus hours for checkout to enjoy the accommodation a little more. Amazing! PERFECT full Jacuzzi! Worth every penny!

Excellent choice in Búzios. Spacious, comfortable house with everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Cozy lounge and dining area. Excellent outdoor area, perfect for a barbecue. Ideal size pool. Nothing to complain about the stay.

The condominium is in a beautiful area of the Araruama lagoon with a spectacular sunset. It has a good infrastructure to spend a few days. The apartment is also well equipped and comfortable for 2 couples. Communication with the host was easy and flexible to meet our requests. We loved the stay and already planned to come back!

I loved the penthouse, everything was clean and organized, excellent location, right in front of the beach, the condominium is luxurious, with a swimming pool, game room and no bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra, from the first moment I thought about renting, cleared up all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had any more questions, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational, only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

From the first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well guided and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathetic and helped us with her experience and brought us security. The accuracy of the listing, the quiet days in the condominium, the good value for money of the homemade food from the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the apartment made all the difference. We didn't cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend staying with Renata and Tiago. And if you're afraid to travel with your kids, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

The apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well-equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to the ones downtown you have to have a car or go by Uber.

The apartment is very well-equipped and well-located, close to supermarkets and restaurants, less than 10 minutes from Praia do Forte by car. I'll be back for sure.
