O centro da cidade e a Rodoviária da cidade também ficam bem próximos da propriedade. Os chalés estão dentro de um terreno compartilhado com 4 chalés e uma casa principal. São suítes com varanda mobiliado com uma cama de casal, frigobar, ventilador. O banheiro é chuveiro elétrico. Estacionamento interno.

Integrated living room (40 inches TV set, subscription television, including movie channels such as HBO and Telecine, DVD player and 30Mb wi-fi system) and dining room, 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped American kitchen, 1 bathroom (with an electric shower and a glass shower stall), a garden and a porch. While one bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe, the other has a trundle bed and a wardrobe.

Perfeito! Se algum dia voltamos a Arraial do Cabo, é aqui que vamos ficar! Passamos 4 dias de sonho: o lugar tem uma vista ao mar incrível (dá para ver o nascer do sol da sua cama), um espaço exterior ótimo, uma piscina grande e super agradável. O bungalow é bem simples mais super limpo e equipado com todo o necessário para cozinhar. Cama e travesseiros confortáveis e chuveiro bem bom. Super iluminado e arejado. Melhor localização possível para aproveitar a prainha. Amamos!!!

This house is absolutely amazing! We booked both houses, which are next to each other, for 6 people. Plenty of space for everyone. The houses are surrounded by dense trees (which is why it's called a tree house). The views from some of the bedrooms and the from the pool are breathtaking! Watching the sunrise at the pool while having breakfast was my favorite time of the day. My whole family loved the house and we did not want to leave. Also the house is walking distance to the beach (about 5-10 minutes), but it's a hilly walk so not for everyone. Some days we would drive to the beach which takes 2 minutes (finding parking can be difficult so leave the house early). The beach Joao Fernandes is one of the closest and one of my favorite (you can go scuba diving or snorkeling there). Only additional comment about the house is regarding the driveway which is very steep. If you have a small/heavy car it may not get up there. One of our cars didn't, so we parked down on the street, which is free and we had no issues. Anyway, a great experience and I would love to go back! Thanks Michele and Daniela for everything!
