Her finner du også leker, brettspill og xbox 360 samt treningsutstyr. Loftstuen har en dagseng og kan brukes som soverom. Soverommene har blendingsgardiner. Sengetøy og håndklær er inkl ved leie over 5 døgn.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

The view is part of Sandaa Cabin rental. We have a total of 8 different cabins available for rental The area is very well cared for and is a parkically built up outdoor space. The cabins are scenic, all have a sea view and a good distance from each other. The view has 3 total bedrooms and sleeps 7. The cabin has the most basics for both a short term and long term stay. Charging point for electric cars can be found at the cabin.

Large undisturbed and historic summer paradise with its own shoreline and its own jetty in Sømskilen. The property is called Lillenes and was Norway's first horticultural school established in the year 1880. Parts of the property are now located in the Raet National Park. Lillenes has been in our family since 1987 and is our holiday home during the summer months.
