Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you will live in the middle of the forest, yet a short distance to most things It is approx. 1 km to swimming area and fishing water. 7km to grocery store and 20km to shopping center. It is approx. 1h drive to Dyreparken in Kristiansand, Evje where you can visit the mineral park and to Brokelandsheia where you can visit the small zoo. Otherwise, there is a short drive to the coastal towns of Lillesand, Grimstad, Arendal, Tvedestrand and Risør.

Small cosy cottage on Fevik

Cabin in quiet area outside construction area, close to nice hiking areas and a short way to beaches like Storesand and Ranviga (5 min walk). The fever peak is 10 min walk away, there is Menu and Coop Extra, Flower shop, Gift and clothing store, China restaurant and bus stop takes you to Grimstad and Arendal every half hour. A nice about 30 min walk along the boardwalk takes you to Strand hotel, which has lovely food and great beach. About 35 minutes in car to Kristiansand Zoo or Sørlandssenteret.

Arendal - Sørlandsidyll on the jetty

Sunny location on the water's edge with a piece of dock. Central location in Strømmen, 10 minutes walk along the sea to Arendal city center. The property consists of a main house and guest house located separately down on the dock just on the water's edge. This listing applies to the guesthouse. The sea arch/guesthouse has two bedrooms, bathroom and open living room/kitchen. Bit of deep water dock with floating dock and seating groups. Possibility of own boat or rent of widow boat.

Annex v/UiA • Parking • Near the city center and beach

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

Furnished with older furniture in new building. The building was completed in fall 2017. Norwegian shopping from local entrepreneurs. Fully designed kitchen to match old and new design. Entry door is a copy of an old door from a nearby laftebygg. The apartment is made for multi-use and very flexible. Here, your office, presentation tasks, writing room, coaching, guidance, and hosting Airbnb. There is a maximum of room for two adults.

Annex in charming garden by the sea on Tromøy

We rent the annex in our charming 4 acre garden on Tromøya. You can hike in the orchard or relax on the dock. Swimming can also be done. The annex consists of 2 rooms, a small kitchen and a bathroom. There is an outdoor area with dining table on the patio by the entrance. There are nice hiking areas in the neighborhood, around Gjerstadvannet or nice trails in Hove /Spornes in Raet National Park. 15 minute drive to Arendal

Rural and central storehouse - Cosy cabin

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.

The guest house is 5 meters from the main house and 3 minutes walk from Kolbjørnsvik, where there is a ferry to Arendal. There are both swimming facilities and available parking spaces just nearby.
