Newly renovated cottage with private jetty and amazing views. The property has the address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Here there is the possibility of recreation for the whole family. There are several beaches on this small island and nice hiking trails. We have two sturdy kayaks and a canoe that you can borrow to take a small paddle trip inshore. About 50 meters from the house there is the possibility to take a dip and a jump from the diving board. Or for the little ones, the beach that is 100 meters away is a favorite place. Possibility for the children to jump on the trampoline. We offer free access to electric car chargers

Fantastisk hytte med egen strand

Svært gode tur og treningsmuligheter ut fra eiendommen. Enten langs kysten eller inn i skogen blant små vann. Dette er Sørlandet på sitt aller beste.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Deilig landsted på Sørlandet

Sørlandshus med beliggenhet rett ved et vann hvor både morgenbad og kveldsbad kan nytes. Kort vei til sjøen med mulighet for å låne en skjærgårdsjeep. Sol fra morgen til kveld. 100 m fra huset er det en flott turløype som går i skogen og rundt et vann. Kort vei til butikk og Kilsund Marina, samt en deilig sommerrestaurant med alle rettigheter. (2 km) Om man vil besøke en by er Tvedestrand (12 min) og Arendal (20 min) ikke langt unna. 1 time til Dyreparken i Kristiansand.

Koselig og skjermet hytte ved sjøen

Hytta ligger skjermet til på idylliske Tromøya. Her har du umiddelbar nærhet til flotte opplevelser både på sjø og på land. Den består av to etasjer, der 1. etasje disponeres av leietaker. Underetasjen har lavere standard og er ikke klargjort for utleie, men kan også disponeres om man trenger ekstra overnattingsplass. Hytta er godt utstyrt med det man måtte trenge, og du står fritt til å bruke utstyret du ønsker. Vi kan blant annet tilby havkajakk og sup. Velkommen!

Grimstad: Cabin close to the sea

Modern cabin with lake view and all amenities, on Vessøyneset, between Arendal (10 min) and Grimstad (10 min). Built in 2015, with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and large, open living room/kitchen solution. Spacious terrace and a short distance to Norway's finest beaches. Grimstad and Arendal offer southern idyll, cafes and cultural experiences. 3 parking spaces. Good bus connections to both Grimstad and Arendal. Kristiansand Zoo is only 35 minutes away by car.

Cabin on Tromøya with beach line + jetty

New cabin (2022) with high standard and particularly nice and sheltered location. The cabin is located a few meters from the lake and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has many outdoor spaces and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, at Sandum Bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cottage's plot for parking on the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.

Idyll at the seaside. Sunny patio right outside the door, with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. Lovely for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. Short walk (25 min.) to cozy Arendal centre's restaurants, shopping and the tourist attraction the glass elevator. Kayak/Boat can be borrowed/rented. Parking for your car right outside the house. Cozy for the summer holidays or if housing is needed for short-term stays throughout the year.

Great for easy going couples or families. Please note the short steep hike from road up to the cottage. Main cottage and annex bedroom. Bath house with wood fired sauna. Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a water toilet, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet rett ved vakre Nidelva er dette plassen. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
