The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence. Here you live in the middle of the forest, but still a short distance to most things. It is about 1 km to the swimming area and fishing lake. 7 km to the grocery store and 20 km to the shopping mall. It is about 1 hour drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand, Evje where you can visit the mineral park and to Brokelandsheia where you can visit the small zoo. Otherwise, there is a short distance to the coastal towns of Lillesand, Grimstad, Arendal, Tvedestrand and Risør.

The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6. Rowboat also belongs to the cabin, but you should be several to lift it out. The cabin is perfect for quiet days or adventures in ocean gap and nature

The house is located close to the sea and it is only a five minute walk to the finest beaches in Grimstad. Walking distance to the city center. (1.7 km). The university is located behind the house. The area is quiet most of the year, but it is full of life and holiday guests here in the summer. 135 sqm, with lawn and plants outside. Little traffic and the pedestrian street goes from the house to the beaches and the city center. Safe for children.
