Large airy apartment in new building. Bright and nice bedrooms along with living room and kitchen on loft floor. Tiled hallway and inviting ground floor bathroom. Centrally located on the beach property at Krøgeneskilen. There's a bus to the city about every 15 minutes. In a short walking distance from the apartment, Arendal's new pride is the bathing island of Løkholmen (see attached photos). There is a private trampoline, dinghy, jetty and beach on the property that is shared with the host family if we are at home. About 45 min. drive to the Zoo in Kristiansand.

Newly refurbished apartment located in idyllic Strømsbubjag only 7-8 min walk along the water into the city centre. There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the ground floor of the dwelling. Small marina next door, garden at the front of the home. The residence is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbours, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrance to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and no smoking due to allergies

Consistently new 3-room apartment on the 1st floor in Bryggebyen with Tromøysund on both sides. Morning coffee on the terrace 5 meters from the sea and afternoon/evening sun on the field terrace overlooking Arendal's entrance. Great beaches/ swimming facilities 1 min walk from the apartment . Bathroom staircase 10 meters from the apartment. Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car. 6 min to drive to Arendal city, buses every quarter. Possibility of long-term rental from January 1 to June 20, 2026 and from August 20, 2026. Price by agreement.

Cozy and well-maintained apartment in a single dwelling, with a sea view and a private patio. Nice location at the heart of a quiet construction field. Well equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, most of the kitchen equipment and washing machine. We have checked in until 5 pm due to work situation, but you are welcome to ask if you want earlier check in. 300m to store and bus. The bus runs approximately every 30 minutes to Arendal/Grimstad/Kristiansand 2km to beautiful Buøya with several great beaches. Shared entrance and hallway, own lockable door.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of the charming village down on the quay, where you can enjoy the view of the water, stroll along the piers or take the boat straight over to Arendal in 3 minutes.

There is about 8 minutes walk along the jetty to many enticing outdoor restaurants in the center of Arendal.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. You can enjoy the morning and afternoon sun on the terrace. There are numerous grocery stores just waking distance away, and also bus stop just 200 m from the appartment.

Homborsund by the sea, close to Zoo

Small apartment over double garage rented in idyllic Homborsund Close to the sea and about 25 minutes to Dyreparken. The apartment has an en suite bathroom with shower and simple kitchen facilities (fridge and two hotplates).) Double bed and two single beds on wheels, which can be pushed under the double bed. In addition, two sleeping breezes. Plating with barbecue and large outdoor area. Initially takes up to 2 adults and 2 children.
