Cozy single-family home in a quiet residential area with its own garden on a sunny plot. You have the whole house to yourself with plenty of space inside and outside. There is a short distance to the bus and shops, great hiking areas and beaches/swimming areas nearby. Hallway, kitchen, toilet and spacious living/dining room on the first floor. Two large bedrooms and newly renovated bathroom with washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. Cot is available + possibly extra mattresses for more guests.

Vi leier ut vårt sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

Downtown Sørland house

We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic goods will be available for free disposal. Everyone who rents with us is greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Idyllic southern house

The house is located in the middle of Revesand's old, idyllic wooden house buildings. 100 meters from the sea and the sandy beach. Immediate proximity to forest and hiking trails. 50 meters from bus stop, and bus to the city takes 20 minutes. The house is newly renovated in all rooms. Beautiful garden with several dining areas, loungers and grills. In the house there is a 140 cm bed and three 120 cm beds plus a cot. In addition, a 120 cm mattress that can be provided.

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.
