Great hiking areas with illuminated ski slope in the immediate vicinity. Swimming area only 5 minutes walk away. Contains: Bright and airy living room with good ceiling height, modern kitchen, two bedrooms, tiled bathroom and laundry room. Porch at the entrance with morning sun and on the front with evening sun.

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly renovated cottage with its own jetty and amazing views. The property is located at Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has an amazing view to Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. As night, you can see the light from the Torungen lighthouse from the bed. There is a private dock with a bathing ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boat house is well equipped, with both rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life vests, etc. Pioner 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

The house is from 2001,architect designed and cladding. It is completely undisturbed, it is 200 meters to the nearest neighbor and borders Raet National Park on Tromøya. Several beaches 5-10 min by car. It is 150 meters to the boat and swimming area from the house. The house is 5 min from the nearest shop and under 20 minutes from Arendal. (by car) There are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 8 sleeping places(3 with double beds and one with 2 single beds). There is a kitchen garden and greenhouse that need to be watered, but it can also be harvested.

Perfect for single/couple, with a small child . Sofa bed can be turned out, but unfortunately is very hard. Parking is just outside. Not electricity. Car charging, but charging stations close by

Sentrumsnært, strand, butikker, friluftsområder(Hove), Raet Nasjonalpark etc. Kun 40 min kjøretur til Kristiansand Dyrepark/Badeland. Innegjerdet lekeplass rett på utsiden og innegjerdet fotballbane med lekekrok i samme gate.

Quiet area just a short walk of 8-9 minutes along the seaside promenade into the city center. Where you will find alot of nice restaurants and pubs. A gorgeous property located right by Raet National Park on Tromøy. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet in beautiful nature, the house is located just 200 meters from the entrance gate of Raet National Park at Spornes.
