The house is from 1880, so it has its own character and charm, with more recent upgrades and ongoing projects. If you want to be able to walk in the attic, you must therefore be shorter. An outdoor area and a small garden with access to a grill give you freedom in an oasis close to the city center. Parking 50 meters from the house!

There is a private jetty with a bathing ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with both rowing boat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneer 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Motor can be rented for an additional fee. It is only a short walk to Skarestrand, and many nice hiking areas around us.
