Grimstad: New cabin close to the sea

Lovely place close to the sea situated at Vessøyneset midway between Arendal and Grimstad. The cabin is completely new and consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a huge combined kitchen and livingroom. In addition there is a big terrace with a beautiful seaview. Several sandy beaches perfect for children are only a 5-minute drive away. Grimstad is a very sweet little southern town and its only a 40-minute drive to Kristiansand Zoo (Dyreparken), a beautiful and natural zoo and amusement park.

Town apartment w/ sunny patio and parking

Light and spacious apartment in a quiet area, a two minute-walk away from the town centre. Perfect for couples or families with children aged 5+. Walking distance to beach and public transport. Patio with plenty of sun that is not shared with the owner and a large public green space w/ playground right across the street. Two bedrooms with two single beds in each, can be moved as you wish. Bathroom with seperate shower and bath tub, wc and washing machine. NB! No dishwasher.

A wooden deck features seating arrangements including a large table surrounded by chairs, complemented by a sun lounger. The outdoor space is bordered by grass and decorative shrubs, providing a private area for relaxation.

Sentral leilighet midt i Arendal

Sjarmerende leilighet midt i Arendal sentrum.Leiligheten ligger svært bynært, men allikevel rolig til. Bystrand og historisk nabolag. På sommeren er det og oppvarmet basseng to minutters gange unna leiligheten. Det er to soverom med dobbeltseng og et soverom med enkeltseng(lite) Passer god om du vil ha en rolig langhelg eller trenger et sted å bo for en måned eller lenger. Ideelt dersom du er student på OSM Aviation Academy og trenger et sted som du kan leie sammen med andre.

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Holmesund: Beautiful cottage by the sea

Holmesund is a beautiful, well kept settlement on the south coast of Norway. It is dotted with small islands and beautiful places for sunbathing, swimming, snorkling and fishing. The cottage is new, but mainly buildt by use of old materials. It has a lovely atmosphere and a big terrace with beatiful seaview. The cottage is located about 50m from the sea and has a private jetty. Note: The boat is now on land for the winter.

Great for easy going couples or families. Please note the short steep hike from road up to the cottage. Main cottage and annex bedroom. Bath house with wood fired sauna. Outdoor toilet in seperate small toilet house. This is not a watercloset, but outdoor natural compost. Unique secluded with lake view. Great terrace for calm cosy evenings. Enjoy our rowboat and two kayaks. Canals take you through to lakes and the ocean.

Barnevennlig. 5 min gange til kjøpesenter og 10 min til gjestehavn, båtutleie og idylliske Grimstad sentrum. 10 min å gå til Universitetet i Agder. Stille og rolig. Plass til 1 bil i garasjekjeller. Forøvrig parkeringsanlegg ute. Trenger oblat i vindu for å parkere på sameiets parkeringsplasser.

Liten leilighet over dobbelgarasje leies ut i idylliske Homborsund Nær sjøen og ca 25 minutter til Dyreparken. Leiligheten har eget bad med dusj og enkle kjøkkenfasiliteter (kjøleskap og to kokeplater.) Dobbeltseng og to enkeltsenger på hjul, som kan skyves under dobbeltsengen. I tillegg to sovebrisker. Platting med grill og stort uteområde. Tar i utgangspunktet opptil 2 voksne og 2 barn.

A cosy and comfortable cabin, set in a rural surrounding but just 6 km to the center of Arendal where you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and ferries to the nearby islands. 1 km to nearest shop and local cafe’ and just 35 minutes to Kristiansand Zoo or 45 minutes to Kjevik airport. 20 minutes to Grimstad. The cabin comes with parking and a private patio plus bed linen and towels.
