Vacation rentals with a pool in Arbatax

The place is quiet and fits the pictures. The sea is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Federica responds quickly and is very helpful. The outdoor area is spacious and is complemented by a pool. The accommodation from the inside is nicely decorated and equipped with the most important equipment. We would book it again.

We had the best time staying at Elenas house! The facility is a sardinian dream and Elena is super kind and always available if any questions occur.

A little paradise... we found at Ugo's. A very clean house that was well equipped with everything you need. There were also fly screens on all windows. The outdoor area with a pool and vegetation is very well maintained. The house is situated in a small complex just outside, which is secured by a fence and is under video surveillance. Ugo was reserved during our stay, so we had our privacy, but he was always available to us. We had a very nice time here and are considering coming back. Clear recommendation!

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

The house looks like the pictures. The pool is really nice and clean. There are three bedrooms, which are also a bit apart, which is good if you have kids or a baby with you. There is a very large refrigerator, which is really practical. We were five adults and one toddler. And what we really enjoyed was that we could have every meal at the big table on the terrace. And we also spent a lot of time on the Hollywood swing. The area of the house is quite remote, but you can still get everywhere quickly by car. And it's not even a five-minute walk to the beach. And Simone and Ilenia were always available for questions. The only thing that should be mentioned more clearly in the listing is that bed linen & towels are not included and cost €12 per person, if desired.

We felt very comfortable in the house, everything was available, we were allowed to drink existing drinks and Mario was always available. His dog came to visit us from time to time, which we thought was absolutely fantastic! We recommend the house without reservation, thank you!

We had the most wonderful stay at Anna's Airbnb! The house really felt like a home, filled with books, paintings and an amazing array of kitchen utensils - we definitely settled in right away! We really look forward to returning one day, to enjoy the amazing sunrises whilst taking a dip in the pool. Thanks Anna!

A great place to stay if you want to explore Cardedu, the surrounding villages and beaches. The house is close to everything necessary for a longer stay and it has a very nice barbeque area. It is also very clean, has a good kitchen, nice bathroom and a terrass where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun or have a night time dinner. The only problem we had was the last three days of our stay, when the waterheater seemed to malfunction a bit, resulting in no warm water. However, after my wife texted Barbara, asking her if there was something that could be done (it was almost 8 pm). Two janitors appeared after ten minuts trying to restart the waterheater, and got it working atleast for the night. She promised that she would fixed the heating system permanently. This is a great placed to stay, that we would love to come back to whenever we visit Cardedu again. Mile grazie Barabara!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was great – the place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as described. The host was super friendly and helpful. An absolute dream for families with children – we felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Wonderful 1 month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right at the house. Beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even nicer even in the pictures). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is designed to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take great care to make you feel as good as possible. A sweet family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Pool also very pleasant! In addition, received good tips from our host for nearby restaurants, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

We had great days at Rita's. The room is very cozy, the bed very comfortable and everything essential is available. We especially liked the pool with the loungers and the small terrace in front of the apartment. Perfect for relaxing. Rita was super friendly and the cake and fried pastries her husband prepared were very delicious. We were simply surprised by this one or the other time. Rita also came up with something different for us every day for breakfast. For those with "light sleep": the refrigerator hums a little louder. However, it did not bother us very much. The journey is a bit adventurous due to the steep rise of the road. After the second time, you know how well it works. We can definitely recommend the place. Loceri is a picturesque and quiet little town. If you're looking for something to shop and stroll, Tortoli is just around the corner.

Rita and her husband are very nice and warm hosts. The stay with you was very nice and relaxed. The whole property is like a small paradise with many fruit trees and you can see that a lot of love is put into everything. I am glad I chose Rita's place and can really only recommend it. It certainly wasn't the last time I stayed with her.

We had a wonderful time at Marcantonio's place. The place is beautiful, new, nicely decorated and has everything you need. The pool was beautiful, everything is perfectly arranged for families. Marcantonio was very helpful, always available and very friendly. He has children himself and is very child-friendly. The area is fantastic, many beaches are within 20 minutes by car. The hills and vineyards were also a dream. We definitely want to come back.

We spent six wonderful days here – everything was tip-top! The rooms are spacious, nicely furnished, very clean and well equipped. Especially for our children, the pool was the absolute highlight – we used it every day! The entire complex is very quiet and designed with a lot of love for detail – you can immediately see how much effort the host puts in. Communication was great – fast, friendly and completely uncomplicated. The location is also good: a supermarket is nearby, and the beach is only 5–10 minutes by car. We would come back any time when we travel to Sardinia. Absolute recommendation!
