Vacation rentals with beach access in Arbatax

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

I enjoyed the time in the apartment. Large terrace overlooking the sea. Apartment spacious and clean and tidy. Comfortable sofa. Comfortable table. Everything available in the bathroom. Shower worked great. Vape is recommended against the mosquitoes, then there was no stress with the mosquitoes. Internet connection was great. We'd love to come back.

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

We were kindly welcomed by Mercedes' mother-in-law. The accommodation is great, well located, well equipped, comfortable, nicely decorated. We will definitely come back and recommend this host.

Such a beautiful location. We were met in person , and shown around the apartment. It was very comfortable, we were given welcoming drinks and cake. The best feature is the spacious balcony, where we spent a lot of time enjoying the view. We would definitely recommend this apartment

This apartment was perfect. The neighborhood was so quiet and you are close to the coop, pharmacia and several restaurants. It was a perfect place to unwind and refresh.

Perfect for a stay in that part of Sardinia ! The apartment has everything you need and is very comfortable, with a lovely terrasse to enjoy. Also convenient location with a supermarket and stores accessible within a 5 minutes walk, and a lot of parking spaces in the street. Really nice, thank you Silvio !

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We stayed with our dog for a week at Matteo's. The house is simply fantastic. In a few minutes you are on the beach on foot, which you almost have to yourself at this time. From the house you can hike and discover the coast. We can only recommend the house.

Unfortunately, the directions from Airbnb were not quite correct, but through Alessandro's help you could find the place. Otherwise, the accommodation was an absolute dream. Very clean, quiet location and with a breathtaking view😊 Alessandro was really very helpful and fulfilled practically every wish. As a welcome gift, there was even a homemade wine and a small Sardinian specialty. We had a very nice stay!😊

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the beautiful balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It's not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca as well as Adriana and Ariana. We love this place! It’s very quiet with a beautiful view and close to the charming town we fell in love with. We had a wonderful time here, just a short distance from a beautiful coast and great restaurants.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

We had a great stay and felt right at home in the apartment. It is spacious, right next to the grocery store and we had free parking right in front. The hosts were very responsive and helped us book our boat rental which was the best way to see the coast. Strongly recommend and we would love to come back:)

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are as good as new, the amenities very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting, which we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoying the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes on foot, which was still wonderfully deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and eating out were also easily possible on foot. The numerous restaurant tips from Valentina and Eva were very helpful. We tried different ones every day. Everything was great! Valentina's availability was very good, and the contact was straightforward and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. Thanks again for everything!

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.

Good location for climbers. A bit chilly in the spring time so make sure you have some extra covers. GF gave us heaters so we were ok.
