The cottage on Via Pia is a historic 1880s house, typically built with local stone: the black basalt of the Abbasanta plateau. "Little house", because everything seems to be in a reduced format... the small windows, the bread oven, the courtyard. A comfortable and welcoming nest of love, suitable for those who want to have sensory experiences (especially gastronomic!) in this less known part of Sardinia, which alternates sea, plains, hills and mountains and a living, authentic tradition

Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Casa Melograno

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Spacious Studio, lake view and bath

Cozy nest with bath, kitchenette and lake view. This room is part of a bigger guesthouse, but has independent access. In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.

The accommodation is located within a private property with a charming sea view up to nearby Bosa. Guests have access to a small terrace from which they can admire enchanting sunsets or simply experience intense moments of relaxation and meditation. A small loft located in central Sardinia. Approximately 60 square meters, with a large window overlooking the valley below. The spaces are dedicated to the comfortable use of an open living space communicating with a creative space of Sardinian craftsmanship and an architecture studio. The B&B is designed to accommodate people who, if they wish, can learn the art of manual weaving in the adjacent workshop, which is clearly visible from the open space.

The house is located just a few meters from the beach with sand and characteristic pebbles di Santa Caterina di Pittinuri ,quiet and safe sea location !!The house consists of a double room, a room with two single beds that eventually become a double bed, a large dining room, a small kitchen and a bathroom. From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
