Casa Gemma, located on a hill 1 km from the sea and the town, is a small detached house with a panoramic terrace overlooking the Gulf of Arbatax. It consists of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a living room-kitchen with a dishwasher, a small external bathroom with a washing machine, and an outdoor shower. It has air conditioning, wifi, and mosquito nets. It is not made of masonry and does not have sophisticated designer furnishings, but it is comfortable, basic, and well-equipped. Children under 2 are not allowed. No animals; no campers/RVs/trailers.

The accommodation is located on a private plot of land with a garden of over 6,000 square meters with an entrance gate to the beach. It consists of two double bedrooms, a large living room with a kitchen, and a large double sofa bed. A covered veranda completes the property.

Le Corti Sarde are located in the historic center of Bari Sardo. They are houses on the second floor with a Panoramic Terrace towards the town center. Living room with TV and streaming services, sofa bed, kitchen and dining table for 3 people, double bedroom with wardrobe, bathroom with shower. The accommodations are fully air-conditioned and equipped with bed sheets and bath towels. The staff is at your disposal to provide information about the area and for excursions.

The apartment is 50 meters from the town center, with all the amenities the town has to offer within walking distance. An old building built in 1800, in an artisanal style just renovated, rigorously handmade and in every detail, with materials (such as wood and stone) that our territory offers. Located 5 km from the beautiful Cala Goloritzè, you can enjoy the beauty of the most beautiful beach in Italy, while 7 km away you can enjoy the charming Golgo Plateau.

Relax among the holm oaks 3.5 km from the sea

A steep and narrow street will take you to an independent little house in a valley with an enchanting natural landscape, away from the chaos, a perfect place to relax and spend quiet hours in the middle of nature. Here you can regenerate! Upon request I provide linens € 20/pax to be paid in cash at check-in. From May 20 to October 15, you can use a small swimming pool that is about 200 meters from the house. It is shared with two other houses on the property.

Bella Vista – Holiday Home Arbatax–Tortolì

Comfortable 70 sqm apartment located in the quiet fishing village of Arbatax, just a short walk from the small harbor, restaurants and local attractions. It features a living room with kitchenette, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a bathroom. Situated on a semi-basement level, it is bright thanks to large windows. The apartment also offers a private furnished terrace with BBQ area. Ideal for couples and families. Motorcycle parking available.

My house is suitable for those who love to have the sea a few minutes away on foot, perfect for couples or families even with small children, it has a veranda in which to relax, surrounded by a garden in a quiet area. Depending on the season, a small vegetable garden is also available where you can enjoy our organic products. Located between the beaches of Orrì, Foxilioni and Cea where you can enjoy the blue flag sea!

Imagine a house overlooking the crystal clear sea of Ogliastra, one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia. Outside, you can find a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun in the morning or an aperitif at sunset, surrounded by Mediterranean plants.
