Vacation rentals with a patio in Anchorage

House is well decorated and includes a few amenities. Anna is quick to answer messages and to share tips about the city. House is located on a street with easy access to any area in Anchorage. To access Unit 2, there is a set of stairs (about 4-5 steps).

We would stay again and again very convenient location near stores , airport , and a bunch of good restaurants

Very clean place. We loved the large and comfortable couch in the living room. The beds are comfortable and the place was very home-like.

Great spot for the minimalist, not a lot of extras but everything you need. Some people told us the area wasn’t the best but we had zero problems and a very comfortable stay. I was concerned about noise being in a triplex but it was also not an issue. We would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic place to stay for 2 people! We had a great time, the only notable thing is that the kitchen has the bare minimum for cooking, ie) no measuring cups, rubber spatula, or big pans.

Julie’s place is comfortable, well appointed, nicely furnished and very quiet. She was pro-active in her communication and check in was a breeze. We appreciated the recommendations she gave for things we could do during our time in Alaska. The view and drive up were very beautiful. This was a great place to stay!

Very clean, close to town and restaurants!

The house was very comfortable. I was there for 2 weeks so I did alot of cooking. Kitchen was very well supplied. Mike, the host, communicated very well. Good location for all the places I needed to be.

When we think of what we want in an ABnB this is the perfect example. It is a very nice house with all the expected necessities (towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, grill lighter, etc…). Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Nice back yard with grill and fire pit. Anyone wanting an alternative to a hotel and a nice place to stay in Anchorage with a good owner who communicates , I would recommend this house.

Alexandra’s place was great! My kids and I only used it for a night but it was so cozy and perfect for what we needed! The location was great and I liked being close to everything I needed but feeling a little outside the city! I would definitely stay there again with my girls (:

I had a great stay at Anya's place, though it was too short. I wish I could've stayed longer. The apartment is very roomy, the bed is comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet and private, and it's walkable to good restaurants and a grocery store and is close to the airport. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Ben's cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures and has a nice cozy cabin feel to it. The traditional Alaskan decorations are super cool and I knew right when I arrived that I was going to enjoy staying there. Check in was real easy. Ben was communicative and gave his number in case I needed anything during my stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and was within a short drive of pretty much anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. When work takes me back to Alaska I'll most definitely be looking Ben up again. I definitely reccomend staying here if you're looking for a place in Anchorage - I promise you'll like it! Thanks for a great stay Ben!

Shane’s place is amazing! Great bed, cool fireplace! The location is quiet and it’s walkable to nearby establishments.

The apartment was as advertised. It was clean and had basic amenities available.

Eddie was great to work with. The spot was perfect for what we needed. There were a couple of vanities that were missing and when we requested them, we got them immediately.

We had a wonderful stay at Wallace’s place! The condo was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to the slopes and restaurants. Wally was very welcoming and accommodated our requests and helped with checking in. Thank you for a great stay!

Condo is in a nice neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. Hosts were very responsive to some simple things we requested. Would stay here again.
