Whether a short layover or an extended stay, find comfort and style in this west anchorage home. Located 5 mins from both the airport and Kincaid Park in a quiet neighborhood and across the street from Delong Lake. Triple pane windows ensure air traffic is blocked out for a good night sleep. This one BR newly renovated cottage is in downtown, yet peaceful and private. Very well appointed, It overlooks the port, rail yard, and Cook Inlet. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance. It is a few minutes walk to museums, convention centers, and the rail depot. Equipped with a king sized, cool memory foam mattress in the bedroom and fully equipped kitchen, this vintage cottage is like brand new!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy studio feels like a peaceful cabin with the amenities of a home. A Queen platform bed in its private nook with custom shelving and the perfect relaxing area to enjoy your 55in smart TV. The mini kitchen features an induction stovetop, microwave toaster oven. The studio has a walk-in shower and washer and dryer. Although we are pup friendly there is a limit of 1 dog. We can't accommodate cats. Large yard but it is not fenced.
