Nice quite place. Not much traffic love the place would come back in the future.

Exactly what I was looking for! Perfect for work travel, near restaurants and the grocery store. Loud at times due to shared walls, but quiet at night. Would stay here again 😄

I want to say my only negative was the comfort of the bed. It would suffice for younger people but not adults. The place is very new and the construction is unfortunately not higher quality. We could hear the people walking above us easily. No other noise. However it was precisely what we needed. I felt safe. It had amenities to cook and do laundry as needed. The check in and check out process was easy. We did not hear any other noise from people. I would stay again but I'm hoping they get a new bed! It had blankets and plenty of pillow options. Huge fridge and big washer/dryer. I gave all 5 stars because it really was a great place! Easy to get on major highways too.

We had a fantastic stay and found the location perfect for shopping, restaurants and activities. The condo was sparkling clean and the well designed space made us feel right at home. We appreciated the welcoming touches and easy communication. We would love to stay here again!

Vicki was so helpful from the beginning I needed to change the booking date and she totally accommodated me. The apartment is so beautiful and seemed brand new. High end kitchen and furniture. We needed salt and a blender and she brought it right away. Vicki and her husband made us feel at home. We would return and totally recommend the Blue Heron

It was a great location and nice and quiet for our stay.

We moved into our apartment and settled in like it was our own home. We ran to Walmart and were able to cook and drive down our food costs tremendously! Everything is about 15 minutes away…EVERYTHING! Perfect central placement in the city it seems.

We really enjoyed our stay. Apartment is very clean and very organized and tastefully decorated. Personal touches throughout the place made us feel at home. I highly recommend to all Airbnb guests and would love to come back if I visit anchorage again. If you’re looking for a place to stay in anchorage this is it!!

House is well decorated and includes a few amenities. Anna is quick to answer messages and to share tips about the city. House is located on a street with easy access to any area in Anchorage. To access Unit 2, there is a set of stairs (about 4-5 steps).

Karl's place was huge and super clean. We would love to stay at Karl's place again if we had the chance to go back to Anchorage

One thing I learned while visiting Alaska is that everything is expensive. I might have given the value as 4 stars, but Brett was perhaps the best Airbnb host I've had so an extra star for that. We really did enjoy the stay and the bed so very comfy. The place was super clean and the hot tub was great too. Thanks Brett.

We loved our stay at Carriage House! We felt surrounded by nature on a beautiful property, but a short walk across a nearby bridge got us into town within minutes!

Beautiful stay, so homey and private. Amazing views. Grace and Colton were so great and quick to respond when needed. Highly recommend.
