Vacation rentals with breakfast in Anchorage

We stayed here for a night. Dan and Nanette were very kind, respectful of our time and generous by offering us fruits, harvesting some raspberries from their garden, and making an amazing breakfast the next day. PS: No one has made me breakfast in the US, so that was pretty new and quite special. Me and my cousin were heading to Denali National Park for camping and we ordered a bunch of stuff for camping at her place and she always was patient about it with us. They made us feel extremely comfortable during our stay by talking about their life and hearing our amazing stories. Dan suggested some really good restaurants in Eagle River which were 10 m drive from their Airbnb. The property is 30-40 mins drive from Anchorage. It is a quite and peaceful neighborhood. The house is on a small little hill which might be interesting to some people. You are allowed to use washing and drying. I would recommend their place to whoever is traveling north from Anchorage or coming from Fairbanks

It was a pleasure meeting Nikki, her husband Art, and Solomon the husky. She was very welcoming and thoughtful. The house was clean, kept at a comfortable temperature, and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I will be using this AirBnB for my future trips to Anchorage.

The second I walked in the door my first words were “very accommodating.” It was clean, cozy and had lots of space to sprawl out. Tons of extra blankets if you needed them. Lots of games to play. The kitchen area had breakfast for us with a homemade bread that was so delicious. Sometimes those little gestures are everything when you’re traveling. Very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend to others.

Very convenient to Girdwood, the arm and towns further into the peninsula. Perfect place for a couple days for my family of four. The hosts were onsite and very friendly and helpful with issues and ideas. Note it’s rustic living - very akin to a mountain town in the western lower 48 - with kids sharing a bunk bed and animals on site engaging with you. We loved it and would have no concerns staying here again.

Lovely place! Linda and Rick were so friendly and helpful. They are experts of surrounding exploration and fishing. They provided a lot of useful information touring around Anchorage. 100% recommend!

John place was just as described, we felt right at home. John is a nice host and responded right away. Location was great in the middle of town close to a lot of places that we went to. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful, welcoming and helpful host! Everything was clean. They even had breakfast items left for us. So accommodating! And very close to the airport and restaurants in town.

Beautiful location and super responsive and friendly host. Kitchen was well stocked and it was close enough to a grocery store if you needed one. It was a relaxing, peaceful, location.

Such a beautiful home

A great place in the heart of Downtown Anchorage. The unit was very nice and had ample space. The pullout sofa was very comfortable. You can walk everywhere in the downtown area. Host was very responsive and communicated effectively. We enjoyed our time in Anchorage before our cruise.

Jessica was a great host and we had a nice week-long stay in May. The location is top-notch with easy bike access to downtown and several playgrounds in walking distance. The backyard was amazing for young kids as well!

Wow, we really enjoyed this place. I know we picked it because it was close to fourth but it was actually close to everything fun. The unit itself was wonderful. It was just us 2, but it be great for a group... beautiful kitchen and a huge island...and the surrounding outdoor balcony was crazy big! hope to come back someday and bring my family. The host was very proactive in communication and made sure we had the information before we arrived. Access was easy and the directions were clear. I appreciated how convenient the location was to all the activities we had planned.

Lauren’s place was perfect exactly what we were looking for. She met us when we got there. Answer all of our questions. Bathroom was spotless. We had everything we needed. Bed was perfect. The kitchen setup with everything you have at home. I would recommend Lauren’s place to anybody and everybody! If I ever get to Alaska again, I will stay here

Great place that suits my needs for my trips. The steps up to door are steep, but stable and safe with railings.

I highly recommend Cheryl's place, it felt very comfortable, like home. Gracious and hospitable hosts. Apartment was clean and well stocked, with thoughtful details. Easy to find (we used an Uber) and easy to access the unit. As soon as we got inside we felt like we could relax and unwind, it was very cozy and nice. We hope to stay here again anytime we need lodging in Anchorage.

JoAnna's property was very nice, she is remodeling so it will be wonderful when done, clean, quiet, and in an older neighborhood. Felt safe at all times. She is friendly, can tell you stories for hours about Anchorage and just a super person. I had a problem with my truck, she immediately began suggesting places she had personal knowledge of to get the truck fixed, offered to help, and even let me use her vehicle to get to work! You just don't see that kindness in most people nowadays. I plan on staying with JoAnna in the future, especially as I fly in to Anchorage from the bush every other week.

Exactly what we needed for our 2 day stay in Anchorage. I stayed with my wife and son. The location is a walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. The unit was clean and private. The common areas were clean and welcoming. Light breakfast provided is and excellent bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The place seemed great, nice area, great to have a little breakfast in the morning. We were only there basically to stay the night, so we didn’t really settle in, but everything seemed comfy enough.

This place was amaaazing!!! Don’t know how to emphasize it enough. Location- great! Near bars and restaurants. Downtown is a few steps away. Great park nearby too!

Came up to celebrate 2025 Iditarod-exactly 100 years since our original 1925 Serum Run; and had the wonderful opportunity to stay with Elijah. The neighborhood was perfectly safe and quiet, and Elijah was greatly informative and accommodating. Beautiful Room and Bathroom, Great Hot Tub, Spacious House with plenty to do and see! Had a close encounter with a neighborhood Mama Moose and Calf, but all ended well, and even more lovely birds to watch! Staying here was definitely a highlight of my trip, and I'm proud to recommend this host for your next trip to Anchorage. You're in for a great stay and a great time.

Was looking for a place to stay for 1 night for a doctors appointment and this place was perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood and not too far from everything we needed to do and was very clean and tidy. We happened to meet them as we pulled up and from the very beginning they were super friendly and very helpful. I would definitely try and stay here again in the future.
