Located on the 3rd floor (walk up) in the Timberline Building, condo is very spacious and in walking distance to the Alyeska resort and several great restaurants and shops. Hiking, biking, or skiing are right outside the front door! The building is typically very quiet, making it great for families or travelers seeking a peaceful reprieve in the great little town of Girdwood. The space is ideal for 1-3 people but can accommodate 4. We hope you enjoy your Girdwood adventure as much as we do!

The open living area is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home, including pots, pans, baking dishes, a KitchenAid mixer, coffee maker, microwave, and crockpot. Enjoy the fenced yard with a grill, outdoor dining area, and great ambiance for summer fun. Close to trails and parks for outdoor adventures!

Experience the town of Girdwood and all it has to offer from this cozy mountainside studio Condo. For Skiers and Boarders no need to drive to lift as you can walk 150 yards to the lift. A great location, walk to restaurants (bake shop, Jack Sprat, Sitzmark) , main ski lodge ( 300 yards) and Girdwood shuttle bus stop (50 yards). Remodeled in 2024. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with new and old ski art. Recommendation is for 2 adults. Queen Murphy bed and pull out couch.

This super cozy condo is located at the base of Mt. Alyeska in Girdwood, Alaska! Winter or summer, it's a great place to hike, ski, downhill bike or to go for a walk. The condo comes with basic amenities including coffee, Roku, free parking and Unlimited Wifi. World famous Sitzmark Bar & Grill can be seen from the property and features live music most weekends. The local shuttle will take you around town just for a tip and the pickup is right outside of the property's parking area.
